Life's a Beach
Will You Be Walking
It?

“… Behold, a door was opened in Heaven … and one sat on the
Throne … and before the Throne was a Sea of
Glass like unto
crystal…” (Revelation 4:1-6)
I grew up just
outside of Boston,
Massachusetts. The ocean
has always been a pretty big part of my life. I love the ocean and
take every opportunity to go walk on the beach. I look forward to the
beaches of Heaven, as well.
Someone once wrote that there would be no
oceans in Heaven and therefore, no beaches. However, the Bible teaches
otherwise.
Although there are
no gigantic oceans such as the Atlantic, Pacific, Indian,
etc., the Bible reveals there are multiple smaller seas. The Bible
also reveals that these seas are surrounded by sand. (Psalm 72:8; Isaiah
42:4, 10-12; Jeremiah 5:22) Therefore, there are beaches.
If you’re looking
for me in Heaven, check the beaches first. That’s where you’ll find
me when I’m not up in the Capital
City worshipping God
and visiting with His people. (Revelation 21)
The text Scripture
above reveals that one of the many seas in Heaven actually sits somewhere
out in front of God’s Throne.
Possibly God’s Capitol Building, where
His Throne is located, sits right on the shore of that “Sea of
Glass.”
It has been
reported by those who have been granted Divine visions and revelations of
Heaven that many actually arrive at their new homes in Heaven on some sort
of sea-going vessels upon this Sea of
Glass. (2Corinthians 12:1)
Those who’ve experienced this report that standing on its shore they
actually witnessed loved ones arriving in this manner.
I see no Scriptural
basis for doubting this revelation, which has been Divinely granted to some
very reputable Christian people. After all, things in Heaven are
identical to things on Earth, minus the curse allowed by Adam. (Genesis 3;
Romans 1:20; Hebrews 9:23)
Considering the fact that Heaven is also a
Planet orbiting in space as other planets are, it’s only reasonable that
the Planet Heaven would have seas and beaches.
(Psalm 19:6; Job 22:14)
So, we see clearly
from Scripture that Heaven encompasses many seas and beaches. They
will be there for sure, but will you be there as well?
Will you
experience Eternal Life on Heaven’s beaches because you made Jesus Christ
your personal “Life Guard” and Savior while back on planet
Earth?
Jesus has conquered death and is offering you Eternal Life
through His Word. You are reading that Word with your eyes right
now.
“… Jesus Christ …
hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light
through the gospel:” (2 Timothy 1:10)
God is a good God and does not hold any of us responsible
for things we do not know. However, today He has told you about His
Son, Jesus. He is offering you Eternal Life through Him and will hold
you accountable for what you have read here today.
Will you accept
this Revelation of Jesus or will you reject it? Don’t put it off
until later. Later might not come.
The Bible says that death
could come suddenly and you’ll have missed your
final chance. (James 4:14)
If you believe what
you’ve just read, simply say, “Jesus, You’re my choice.”
(Romans 10:13)
That’s all it takes to experience Life – Eternal Life
on Heaven’s Beaches. When you spot me on the beach, come up to me and
let me know you made it!
