"America is engrossed in the worst sin in her history.  Without repentance she faces an uncertain future.  

"Hyper-Grace teaches, 'Once Born Again, Christians need never again repent for sins because they are automatically forgiven by the Blood of Jesus the moment they are committed.' This is the most Bible-illiterate, dangerous message we could accept in this crucial hour.  Christians must strongly reject it.

"God's Word is clear. His Grace is offered only through continual human repentance. Therefore, without continuing repentance there is no continuing Grace. When human repentance ceases, God's Grace becomes unavailable.

Introduction: What Is Hyper-Grace?

"I believe the Hyper-Grace message could be the End-Time deception that will cause millions of people to fall away from God." Rev. Sid Roth

J. Lee Grady, former editor of Charisma Magazine, once said, “I still don’t know what’s more outrageous: That programmers allow such insanity on Christian television, or that gullible Christians fall for it year after year.” 

Mr. Grady made this comment as it refers to the popular error which I have appropriately labeled "Hyper-Prosperity."  

But it could also easily apply to the error which I have labeled "Hyper-Grace."

Why Hyper-Grace?  

Why add the prefix “Hyper” to the root word “Grace” when describing this popular, erroneous doctrine?  

Because “Hyper” means “to go beyond, to be fanatical or even obsessive” about something.  It also means “to go beyond that which is normal.”  

The popular teaching of Hyper-Grace has gone beyond the written Word of God, and in some instances, has become fanatical.  Many have even become obsessed with this irresponsible, highly popular teaching. 

I mean no offense or insult when I use the term “Hyper-Grace.”  It is a grammatically correct and perfectly descriptive term to respectfully use when referring to this error.  

Someone once accused me of “Not using grace to teach on grace,” referring to my Biblical, straight-forward teaching as “disgraceful.”  

If truth be known they ungraciously accused me because they were offended by my challenging this false doctrine so confidently and so boldly by the leading of the Holy Spirit. Sadly, too many Believers misinterpret boldness as arrogance. 

This individual completely misread my heart and my purpose in challenging this error according to the Lord's clear instruction.  

It never has been, is not now, nor will it ever by my intention to deliberately hurt or offend anyone to get my point across. 

That would be to yield to the spirit of anti-Christ.  

My one and only motivation is to help people, precious people, and open their eyes to the truth of God’s Word so they may see they are being dangerously misled. 

One Hyper-Grace devotee wrote to me perfectly expressing what multiple hundreds of thousands are beginning to realize. "I agree one hundred percent [with your teaching]. I lived under this false [Hyper-Grace] teaching for many years and all it did was bring pain and trouble. The grace is in the repentance." 

As I was preparing this manuscript, I clearly heard the Spirit of the Lord speak from within my spirit, “Embrace, love and encourage all people.  But do not embrace, love and encourage all doctrine."

We do embrace, love and encourage both those who are propagating this false doctrine as well those who are being misled by it. It is the doctrine itself we reject, not the people.

Hyper-Grace and the Conspiracy of Silence

Many Ministers are simply afraid to confront the false doctrine of Hyper-Grace so they remain silent.  They do not realize that when it comes to false doctrine spreading like a disease, silence is synonymous with surrender. They wrongly continue to preach their favorite doctrines hoping that in time the false doctrine will simply go away. All the while the false doctrine becomes more deeply rooted and tangled as Satan is left to have his way with God's family. 

Jesus, the Apostle Paul and none of the other New Testament authors ever tolerated the presence of false doctrine.

Pastors and Ministry leaders must come to terms with the fact that silence concerning popular, yet destructive, false doctrine is neither a virtue nor a leadership quality.  It shows the Lord we are unwilling to fully lay down our lives and Ministries for His sheep and are, therefore, unqualified for greater Ministerial responsibility.

False teachers and false doctrines always get a free ride when Ministers of the Gospel fear confronting them.

The "Touch not Mine anointed" error has given far too many false Teachers and false doctrines a free pass.  

Greatness is not determined by what we are willing to ignore. 

Greatness is determined by what we are willing to Biblically confront even as Jesus, Paul and all the other New Testament authors did. 

Jesus confronted the Pharisees. (Matthew 3:7; 12:34; 23:23-34) Paul openly confronted Peter's sin of hypocrisy. (Galatians 2:11-14)  Paul confronted Hymenaeus and Alexander's sin. (1 Timothy 1:18-20) Paul confronted Hymenaeus and Philetus' doctrinal error. (2 Timothy 2:15-18) Paul openly confronted Demas' backsliding. (2 Timothy 4:10) Paul confronted Alexander the coppersmith's withstanding God's Word and asked the Lord to judge him. (2 Timothy 4:14-15)  John confronted Diotrephes' pride and rejection of truth. (3 John 9-11) 

No one is above constructive criticism, no matter how big their Ministry may be. 

Someone once said, "Only cowards remain silent when the Truth of God's Word is under attack."  

The false teaching of Hyper-Grace is a direct attack on the Master Jesus and His written Word.

Even an old dog has enough sense to take a defensive stance when his master is under aggressive attack.

It is an often highly criticized and thankless task to publicly withstand extremely popular heresy.  

Even still, it remains the selfless, Bible-commanded, Godly duty of every true man and woman of faith.

Chapter One: A Commendation and Truth Mixed with Error

Exactly Who Is Joseph Prince?

Xenonamendar Jegahusiee Singh grew up as the son of a Sihk Priest and a Chinese mother. Singh grew up believing as all Sihks believe, that all religions are right and no religions are wrong. To the Sihk, "All paths lead directly to God." 

Those in the Sihk religion take upon themselves a new last name during the time of the "Baptism into the Khalsa."  The Baptism into the Khalsa ceremony is undertaken as part of the individual's personal spiritual evolution. At the time of the Khalsa the initiate is proclaiming that they are ready to give their lives to living according to the high expectations of Guru Gobind Singh. 

Also at the time of the Khalsa, in order to express their commitment, men adopt the last name "Singh" and women adopt the last name "Kaur." 

As a young man Singh was involved in the occult at which time he said "supernatural experiences" led him to investigate Christianity. For over six years after becoming a Christian, Xenonamendar Jegahusiee Singh kept his Sihk name until just before being appointed the Senior Pastor of Singapore's New Creation Church in 1990.

Today Xenonamendar Jegahusiee Singh is better known to the world of Christianity as Joseph Prince.

It is only natural to question why he maintained his Sihk name, which represented his commitment to live by the requirement of the Sihk religion, for six years after supposedly converting to Christianity.

Another curiosity that must not go unmentioned is the fact that Sihk adherents strictly denounce the spiritual practice of fasting. 

Interestingly, in his book, "Destined to Reign," Joseph Prince also strictly denounces the New Testament doctrine of fasting. (pages 275-276) 

Presently Joseph Prince continues as the Senior Pastor of the 24,000 member New Creation Church in Singapore. His immensely popular, yet equally as deceitful, message of "Effortless Grace" is broadcast in 150 nations and he is a much sought after speaker, including by the Trinity Broadcast Network which is his greatest promoter.  He has spoken at many Hillsong conferences where homosexuality and lesbianism are now accepted and the message of holiness and heterosexuality are compromised.  

The 2008 publication of his phenomenally popular book, "Destined to Reign," put Joseph Prince on the Christian map worldwide.  Six months after its release, it made the list as one of the Christian Retailers' top 100 books of all time.

"Destined to Reign's" pop theology and extremely compromised message of God's Grace split the Body of Christ right down the middle, opening the door for a tsunami wave of sin to flood the Bible-illiterate portion of the Body of Christ worldwide.

It seems that the majority of people, including Bible-illiterate Christian people, love fantasy.

Following are some quotes from Joseph Prince's book "Destined to Reign."

"There are nothing but blessings for Believers." (page 53)

"God will never judge America for her sin." (page 49)

"If you receive a word from someone which brings your sins to remembrance or instills an expectation of punishment for sins in your life, don't fear it.  Just throw it out the window." (page 45)

"Repentance and confession of sin are never necessary." (page 53)

This last quotation from him will be the primary focus of this book, "Joseph Prince: The Dangerous Error of Hyper-Grace."

Joseph Prince's clearly unbiblical insistence that because grace abounds "all sin is automatically forgiven" has made him the leading voice in the world of milk-toast Preachers who are raising up a generation of carnal, baby Believers in Jesus Christ who desire only the milk of God's Word. 

"And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ.  I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto you were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able for ye are yet carnal." (1 Corinthians 3:1-3)

The Combining of Truth with Error

Out of fairness I must also say that Joseph Prince, the primary teacher of the Hyper-Grace error, has indeed taught some good things about the Word of God from a Pentecostal perspective.  

He has very obviously been a student of my mentor, Dr. Kenneth E. Hagin.  He has well-communicated Dr. Hagin’s teachings on the New Birth, the New Creation, Righteousness, the Authority of the Believer, Redemption, the Power of Jesus’ Name and many other faith-based topics popularized by Dr. Hagin over the past 65 years. 

We continue this writing by commending the Hyper-Grace Teacher for the way he has clearly communicated these specific truths, serving to change the lives of many.

But I must also say that his extremely dangerous error is now being mixed with these wonderful truths, not only by him, but by many Ministers and Bible students who are now blindly following in his footsteps.  They teach that Grace all but does away with such things as obedience, holiness, Church-involvement, faithfulness to take up one's cross daily and especially Christ's Foundational Doctrine of Repentance.  

Respectfully, and based upon the way many Hyper-Grace adherents have personally assailed me for the truths contained in this book, they apparently believe that Grace also does away with the need to walk in love!  

In over thirty years of Christian Ministry I have never had to deal with such disrespectful, contentious behavior in Believers as I have with many of the ardent subscribers to Hyper-Grace. 

However, as stated, this book will ultimately focus on only one specific error being taught by Joseph Prince and his disciples. 

This error is presently resulting in his Ministry doing much more harm than good. 

This error is rooted in his taking Ephesians 1:7 completely out of context. 

“In Whom we have redemption through His Blood, the forgiveness of sins according to the riches of His grace.”

I have personally heard Joseph Prince speak forth, on multiple occasions, based on the above verse, “Christians no longer need to confess their sins.  Because of grace and Jesus’ finished work on the Cross, all sins are now forgiven as soon as they are committed. There is no need to ever ask for forgiveness.” 

But this is not what the Bible teaches. As a matter of fact, the Bible teaches quite contrary to this.

The Bible says, "If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." (1 John 1:9)

When asked on air by a Trinity Broadcast Network executive, “What do you have to say about First John 1:9?  Many are asking this question in light of what you are saying about Christians not needing to confess their sins to God because they are automatically forgiven.  First John 1:9 says that we do have to confess our sins in order for them to be forgiven.  What would you say to those people?”

The Hyper-Grace Teacher boldly answered, “First John 1:9 was not written to the Church.  John’s Epistles were written to the world, not the Body of Christ.  First John 1:9 is written to encourage people in the world to confess their sins to God so they can be saved, or Born Again.  Once they are Born Again, they never need to ask forgiveness for any sins again.  All sins are already forgiven, even future sins.”

The Hyper-Grace Teacher's comment that “John’s Epistles were written to the world, not the Body” is a tremendously blatant error indeed!  Every book of the New Testament, without exception, is written to the Body of Christ, including John’s Epistles. All one must do is read the opening salutation to each book to discover this. 

Many New Testament books have continual reminders throughout that what is being written is being written to the Church - particularly John's Epistles.

Interesting that the one book Joseph Prince brazenly chose to say "was not written to the Church" has possibly more reminders throughout that it is written to the Church than any other New Testament book.

The number of American believers who follow this extreme grace Teacher and his profound error is a glaring testimony to the sad fact that most American Christians suffer from severe Bible illiteracy.

To say that sins never need to be confessed and that God will never judge someone who does not confess is extremely dangerous. This is the same deception that occurred in the Garden of Eden which affected the entire human race. 

God told Adam and Eve He would judge them if they ate from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. He told them they would die spiritually and become separated from Him if they did so. (Genesis 2:16-17)

The serpent came along challenging God's Word, telling Adam and Eve, "Ye shall not surely die." (Genesis 3:4) 

Joseph Prince also challenges God's Word saying, "Christians must never confess their sins for that is an insult to God." 

The serpent told Eve that God would not judge her if she sinned against Him. 

Joseph Prince says God will not judge anyone today who sins against His Word.

God meant business with Adam and Eve and He means business with each of His children today. When we sin and refuse to repent for any reason, God will allow us to be judged even as He allowed Adam and Eve to be judged.

"For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged. But when we are judged, we are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world." (1 Corinthians 11:31-32)

God will allow the Hyper-Grace Teacher to be judged if he does not repent for instructing others contrary to Scripture.

"He who covers his sins shall not prosper. But he who confesses and forsakes them shall have mercy." (Proverbs 28:13)

With the exception of the Lord Jesus Christ, King Solomon was the wisest human being to ever walk on the Earth. In his writings which we know as "The Proverbs of Solomon," he said only fools ridicule the need to make amends for sins committed. 

"Fools make a mock at sin: but among the righteous there is favor." (Proverbs 14:9)  

Joseph Prince dares not only to refute the wisdom of Solomon, but he refutes the wisdom of Almighty God Himself.

 A "We," Yet Not So Wee, Horrendous Error  

Let us look again at 1 John 1:9 together in order that we may see one of the Hyper-Grace Teacher's most horrendous errors. 

"If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." (1 John 1:9)

By focusing in on one key word in this verse of Scripture, we will clearly see that the Apostle John's First Epistle, along with his other Epistles, was indeed written to the Body of Christ, and not to the lost people of the world as the deceived Hyper-Grace Teacher insists.

That key word is "we."  The Apostle John said, "If we confess our sins ..." 

The word "we" is used in communication when referring to a collective group of people, including the individual who is writing or speaking.

The word "we" is used to denote oneself along with another individual or other individuals.

The Christian Apostle John deliberately used the collective pronoun "we" in addressing those Christians to whom he was writing concerning their (our) need for continual repentance in order to experience continual grace.  

The Apostle John was not an unsaved, lost, Hell-bound man of the world when he wrote his Epistles. He was a Born Again, Spirit-filled Christian who had been walking with the Lord for many decades. 

Therefore, it is not possible that the Apostle John was referring to the unsaved, lost, Hell-bound people of the world when speaking collectively and using the pronoun "we."  

John was speaking to others of the same Christian faith - then and for all generations to come.  

This is so simple even a young mind can understand it.   

When the Apostle John used the term "we," he was referring to Christians such as himself, not unbelievers.

In this Epistle the Apostle John was teaching the saved.  He was not preaching to or evangelizing the lost.

Hence, the Apostle John's deliberate use of the collective pronoun "we."

This deliberate ignoring of English word translation and usage by the Hyper-Grace Teacher goes well beyond anything that is acceptable in normal, honest communication.

This is why I respectfully refer to the Minister from Singapore's great error as “Hyper-Grace.”  

Hyper-Grace goes well beyond what the Apostle John said about himself and his Born Again hearers. 

Hyper-Grace goes well beyond what the New Testament teaches about God’s Grace.

Hyper-Grace misapplies the true meaning of God's Grace.  

Hyper-Grace takes Biblical teaching to a non-Biblical conclusion.  

Hyper-Grace discourages sin-sick America from repenting.  

Hyper-Grace hinders Spiritual Awakening in America and the world.  

Hyper-Grace teaching enters into the realm of the fanatical and obsessive.  

Hyper-Grace foolishly believes it has the authority to ignore English language context and to deliberately put a spin on the Word of God in order to eradicate the Doctrine of Repentance.

Hyper-Grace strips its misled adherents of all potential for receiving God's mercy when they have sinned.

"He that covers his sins shall not prosper: But who confesses and forsakes them shall have mercy." (Proverbs 28:13)

The "New" Unforgivable Sin?

Before further addressing the claim that Believers do not need to confess their sins, I would like to point out possibly the greatest contradiction of this false doctrine. 

The Hyper-Grace teacher insists there is no sin whatsoever that is not automatically forgiven by the Blood of Jesus Christ. He has stated that asking for forgiveness is legalistic, fearful and based on unbelief. 

The author has personally heard him make these assertions repeatedly on Christian television and on the Internet. 

However, the Hyper-Grace teacher has also stated that those who reject his extreme teachings on grace, because as he says they are afraid of it and therefore unbelieving, "will be the first ones to be cast into the Lake of Fire." He made this untrue claim based on the following verse of Scripture lifted completely out of context and deliberately misused.

"But the fearful and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers and sorcerers, and idolaters and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone; which is the second death." (Revelation 21:8)

This verse is not a reference to a promise from God to eternally punish His Born Again children for rejecting the dangerous error of Hyper-Grace. This verse of Scripture is in reference to unbelieving Christ-rejecters who will suffer "the second death" because of their rejection of Christ. 

Also, every astute Bible student knows "the second death" is a reference to eternal separation from Holy God. This is a penalty reserved only for the Christ-rejecter, or those who are not Born Again. 

It is not a penalty reserved for Christians who do not believe in Hyper-Grace.

Irregardless, out of one side of his mouth the Hyper-Grace Teacher preaches there is absolutely no sin that is not automatically forgiven by Christ. 

Not one. 

Then out of the other side of his mouth, he contradicts himself.  He preaches again, out of context, that all who reject his extreme grace teaching will not be automatically forgiven.  But rather, they "will be the first ones to be cast into the Lake of Fire"!

So, are we to believe that blaspheming the Hyper-Grace Teacher and his unbiblical teachings, not the Holy Spirit, is the new unforgivable sin which leads to the Lake of Fire? (Matthew 12:31,32)

It is remarkable to me that this man shamelessly teaches such obviously convoluted doctrine which only serves to undermine his credibility and will one day soon knock him right out of commission unless he himself repents. 

But it is more remarkable, even stunning, that Bible-illiterate Believers around the world purchase tickets in advance to listen to it.

It is nothing less than sinful to deliberately take God's Holy Word out of context for the express purpose of misleading Bible-illiterate people for profit. When spiritual leaders do so, we are to rebuke them publicly in order that others may learn to not make the same mistake.

"Against an elder receive not an accusation, but before two or three witnesses. Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. I charge thee before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, and the elect angels, that thou observe these things without preferring one before another, doing nothing by partiality." (1 Timothy 5:19-21)

A Divine Government of Insanity?

The claim that Believers do not need to confess sins committed denies every just principle of both Divine and human government. 

No human government on earth offers a program to convicted criminals where they are told they will not be held responsible if they commit the same crimes again. 

No convicted criminal is told upon release from prison, "Goodbye. Thanks for staying with us. Now remember, if you continue to commit crimes they will be automatically forgiven. The Law will never see any crimes you continue to commit after today. We will only see the pardon you have been granted. Enjoy your life and let us know if we can ever help you."

Any human government that operated that way would be considered mentally ill, if not insane. 

Yet, this is the Divine government that Hyper-Grace teaches. 

This is how Hyper-Grace expects Christians to believe Holy God operates in spite of the fact He has repeatedly stated He will punish, not pardon, every unconfessed sin right down to idle words! (Matthew 12:35-37)

Rev. William Booth, former pawnbroker turned 19th Century Methodist preacher and the founder and first General of the Salvation Army gave the following  warning. "The chief danger of the 20th Century will be religion without the Holy Ghost, Christianity without Christ, forgiveness without repentance, salvation without regeneration and Heaven without Hell."  

A prophetic word for both the 20th and 21st centuries, indeed! 

The popular Hyper-Grace teacher from Singapore made a great mistake by not properly proving out his "revelation" from Scripture before proclaiming it to the world. 

The Pentecostal Highway is strewn with the wreckage of young Ministers such as this brother who were thrust to the forefront before they were ready to handle it. The end result is almost always the same. By not being required to develop gradually in their gifts, the deceived Minister becomes puffed up in pride and veers off into false doctrine. Oftentimes, such a Minister unknowingly becomes involved with demon powers. He eventually crashes and burns, destroying himself and many others who were along for the ride. 

Without repentance their Ministry, sometimes even their life, ends in shame and dishonor. 

Too often this is the fault of Christian TV executives who wrongly promoted them in search of increased viewership and  increased income. It is all part of the star-making, money-raising machinery of modern day Pentecostal Christianity.

Chapter Two: How to Poison a Really Smart Dog

How can a Christian ever become sensitive to the Holy Spirit's inner guidance when their heart is  constantly being hardened by their refusal to confess committed sins as the Hyper-Grace Teacher instructs? 

This is one of Satan’s most effective ways of deceiving God’s children into developing insensitivity of heart, crippling their ability to be led by the Holy Spirit and potentially leading to tragedy or even premature death.

Someone once said, “Would you like to know how to poison a really smart dog?  Take some really strong poison, wrap it in some really good meat and that dog will gulp it down, not even realizing what he’s doing to himself.”

This also perfectly describes the destroying error of Hyper-Grace.  It takes deadly poison and wraps it in wonderful revelation from God’s Word, and Christians across the globe are swallowing it, not even realizing what they are doing to themselves.

To convince Christians they do not have to confess their sins leaves them in a situation where it is very difficult, if not impossible, for God to protect them and to provide for them as proficiently as He desires.  This is because the Holy Spirit will not go where the Believer will not allow the Blood of Jesus to cleanse through repentance.

To convince Christians they do not have to confess their sins is tantamount to placing targets on their backs and flashing neon signs over their heads that read: “Attention Demonic Principalities and Powers. Unconfessed Sin Present. Attack at Will.”

No Submission? No Authority!  

To refuse to confess sins committed as instructed in the Scripture is rebellious.  It is to pridefully refuse to submit to the authority of God's written Word. One must be in full submission to the authority of God, through His Word, if they expect the devil to obey them when exercising authority over him.

"But He giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.  Submit yourselves therefore to God.  Resist the devil and he will flee from you." (James 4:6-7)

We see here the Believer's authority will only work for those humble enough to submit to God's authority.  The only way to submit to God's authority is to submit to His written Word.  The written Word of God requires one to confess their sins when they are wrong. 

"If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." (1 John 1:9)

The reverse application of these verses in James' and John's Epistles should be very apparent to the reader.  Refuse to submit oneself to God's authority by refusing to confess one's sins and the devil will not flee when he is resisted because the Believer has not been cleansed from unrighteousness.  

Satan justifiably sees no need to flee from any Believer who sees no need to stay under God's authority through repentance. 

The Believer's authority will only work as the Believer submits to God. (Matthew 8:5-13)

Where there is no submission to God's written Word, there is absolutely no authority over demonic principalities and powers!

A very, very dangerous scenario indeed.

Chapter Three: When Fellowship, Not Covenant, Is Broken

My wife, Barbara, and I have a longstanding marriage Covenant.  When we have a disagreement which leads to a communication breakdown, our fellowship is broken but our marriage Covenant remains intact.  When we repent and make up we do not have to remarry one another.  

Fellowship may have been broken but our marriage Covenant remained intact.

So it is with the Christian's Covenant with God.  Unconfessed sin breaks one's fellowship with God, but it does not break one's Covenant with God.  

One who is out of fellowship with God simply cannot expect the same benefits to be available (for example, answered prayer) as when they are in fellowship.  As in a marriage relationship, broken fellowship blocks the spout where the benefits come out. (1 Corinthians 6:9-11; Galatians 6:7)

But because the Covenant ratified by the Blood of Jesus remains intact, one does not lose their salvation each time they sin.

Giving Up Everything for One Thing 

I have been asked by proponents of Hyper-Grace, "What if someone commits a sin and dies five minutes later without confessing it?  Are you saying that person goes to Hell, not Heaven, because they had unconfessed sin in their life?" 

My answer to them is, "No, they do not go to Hell.  Christ is still their Savior. They died out of fellowship with God, but they did not die out of Covenant with God. Unless, of course, they blasphemed the Holy Spirit." (Matthew 12:32; Hebrews 10:29)  

"Of course, they go to Heaven.  However, if they lived a lifestyle of not confessing sins when committed, they will lose rewards as opposed to being given rewards when they stand before the BEMA Judgment Seat of Christ.  They run the risk of giving up everything for one thing - refusing to repent when wrong." (1 Corinthians 3:12-15; 2 Corinthians 5:10)

This is why the Apostle Paul said, "...let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us." (Hebrews 12:1)  

It is foolish to believe the Hyper-Grace lie that sin is automatically forgiven.  

Paul would not have said to lay aside sin if it is automatically forgiven.  

The Believer must confess their sin to restore fellowship with God and to once again receive the benefits of fellowship.  

The "Christians never again need to confess their sins because they are automatically forgiven" lie must not be set aside lightly.  

It must be thrown forcefully right back onto the spiritual junk pile from which it came.

Dump the junk and things will stop happening to you and start happening for you again!

Chapter Four: Christ Died for Adam's Original Sin - Singular

There are two primary ways in which Christ died for sin.  

First, He died for Adam's sin, or "original sin" as some refer to it.  Adam is our natural, fleshly father and we inherit our sin nature from him. (Romans 5:17)  

In dying Christ made it possible for all who accept His sacrifice as their own to be forgiven for sin inherited from Adam and to become the righteousness of God in Him. (2 Corinthians 5:17, 21) 

This restored right-standing is what grants Believers access into the Presence of Holy God for Eternity.

This is why I always say, "Christ's work at Calvary far outweighs Satan's work in the Garden. The most microscopic drop of Jesus' precious Blood is far greater than even the greatest concentration of evil." 

However, upon acceptance of Christ as one's Savior, that individual is made righteous in spirit only, not in mind or body.

The Bible teaches that man is a triune being.  In other words, he is three dimensional.  

God is a Spirit. (John 4:24)  Man is created in God's image. (Genesis 1:26)  Therefore, man is a spirit.  

Man is a spirit, he has a soul and he lives in a body. (1 Thessalonians 5:23)  

Man has a mind comprised of his will, intellect and emotions.  Man has a body, or an earth suit, as well.  

But man is not a mind and man is not a body.  Man is a spirit.  It is a man's spirit which gives enlightenment to his mind and life and animation to his body. 

It is in spirit only that man becomes a righteous new creation when he is Born-Again. (John 3:3; 2 Corinthians 5:17) 

This is why Paul instructs the Believer to accept personal responsibility for renewing their own mind daily on the written Word of God.  Unlike our spirits, our minds are not yet perfected.

"And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind..." (Romans 12:2)

This is also why the Bible says Christ is coming to catch away His Church and to complete His plan of redemption in our bodies. Unlike our spirits, our bodies are not yet perfected.

"Christ...shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto His glorious body..." (Philippians 3:21) 

So we see the first way Christ died was for Adam's original sin - singular.  It is original sin that separates all of humanity from God. 

In dying Christ paid the penalty for Adam's original sin and all who accept it are recreated, made perfect and reconciled to God in their spirits - only. 

"Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new ... that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him." (2 Corinthians 5:17, 21)

Christians are not recreated, made perfect and reconciled to God in their minds or their bodies. 

Christian are recreated only in their spirits. 

This is why Christians still have problems with their unrenewed minds and their unperfected bodies which require cleansing from unrighteousness on a continuing, oftentimes daily, basis.

Chapter Five: Christ Died for Our Daily Sins - Plural 

The second way Christ died for sin is as follows.  

Because the Christian's mind and body are not yet perfected, as described above, they are bound to make mistakes or even to sin deliberately in those two areas. This occurs through sins of omission or sins of commission.  

When this does occur Christ's finished work at Calvary provides forgiveness here as well. 

For the sake of simplicity I call this "daily sin" as contrasted to "original sin."    

Each time daily sin, or sins of the unrenewed mind and unperfected body are committed, the Believer must ask for forgiveness according to the Bible. (1 John 1:9) 

This is necessary only to restore one's fellowship with God, not to restore one's Covenant with God.  It is fellowship alone, not Covenant, that is broken when a Christian sins.  We saw this in chapter three.

This is also to keep the Believer in a position of authority over Satan and demon powers while sojourning in this Earth.

So first, we see Christ died for the sin-nature man inherited from Adam - original sin.  In doing so He made it possible for the Believer to have his sin nature exchanged for the Righteousness of God, to become a New Creation in spirit and to gain eternal access to Heaven. (2 Corinthians 5:17, 21)

Second, we see that Christ died for sins still committed daily by the Believer as a result of unrenewed minds and still imperfect bodies.

Christ died for original sin - singular.  Christ died for daily sins - plural. 

This explains why the Believer does not lose their salvation every time they sin in mind or body. 

It bears repeating that when a Believer sins they break fellowship with God, but they do not break Covenant with God.  

Actually, the Bible reveals the Believer can do absolutely nothing in this life to change their right-standing with God.  No amount of sin in this life, short of blaspheming the Holy Spirit, can cause a Believer to break Covenant with Almighty God.  Nor will the Almighty break Covenant with a Born-Again Believer for any reason short of blaspheming the Holy Spirit. (Matthew 12:32) 

To restore broken fellowship with God, the Believer simply repents and asks forgiveness for their sins. Upon doing so, God promises to be faithful and just, to forgive them of their sin and to cleanse them of all unrighteousness.  

Fellowship is then restored as promised. (1 John 1:9) This indeed is a supernatural work of Grace.

"Let us therefore come boldly unto the Throne of Grace that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in the time of need." (Hebrews 4:16) 

Notice the Apostle Paul says that we are to come "boldly" to the Throne of Grace, not trembling in fear or intimidation. 

When in sin, many Believers tend to lack confidence in approaching God concerning it.  This is not what God desires.  God desires for His children to come to their Benevolent Father confidently, knowing that they will find nothing but mercy when they are honest with Him about what they have done wrong. 

Not only will the penitent child of God find mercy, they will find "grace to help in the time of need."  How many times I have personally gone to the Father to confess wrong-doing and He not only forgave me, but He gave me "grace to help" or wisdom to show me what I could do to rectify my error.  Over more than 30 years of serving God I have made more messes than I can remember, but when I confessed them to Him, He always forgave me, consoled me and gave me the wisdom to clean up my mess.  Many times He has even cleaned my messes up for me.

Paul's use of the word "mercy" here indicates that one has done wrong and is seeking forgiveness.  Why would Paul have written this beautiful, freeing verse of Scripture about the Father's children coming to His Throne of Grace for mercy and forgiveness when in sin, if sin is automatically forgiven as Hyper-Grace teaches?   

Even if the Hyper-Grace proponent takes issue here, common sense would dictate that it would be better to be wrong for confessing one’s sins, than to be wrong for not confessing them when it comes time to stand before the Master. 

I would rather stand before the BEMA Judgment Seat of Christ and hear Him say to me, “Although you did not need to confess your sins continually during your Probationary Period on Planet Earth, I understand why you did so, Pastor John. I will honor that now.” 

That's far better than having to hear Him say to me, “There is something I want you to understand, Pastor John.  I gave you ample evidence from My Word while you were down there on Earth that you did indeed need to confess your sins continually. Unfortunately, you rejected My Word for popular, irresponsible, ear-tickling error.  There is absolutely nothing I can honor in that.  And while I have your attention, John's Epistles were indeed written to the Church, not to the world.  Have you not yet read them for yourself, My son?”

No Spirit-led, Bible-believing Christian will ever accept a view of Holy God that blots out the need for daily forgiveness.

Chapter Six:  "Do Something About That!"

When I first heard the popular Hyper-Grace Pastor/Teacher say that sins need not be confessed because they are automatically forgiven, it rose up in my spirit by the Holy Spirit's voice within me, “Do something about that.”  

I knew what the Lord was telling me to do.  He was telling me to address in book form, from the Bible, the one specific error of “Christians no longer need to confess their sins.”

I must confess, initially I was reluctant to accept the assignment.  It was not what I wanted to do.  But I had heard the Holy Spirit and I knew I must pull myself in line with His instruction in order to remain in His perfect will.  

I knew He would not “automatically” forgive me if I disobeyed.

I knew He was telling me that I was to compile a listing of Biblical and common sense reasons why the error of Hyper-Grace is bad for the individual Christian, bad for the Body of Christ, bad for Christian America and bad for the nations of the world.  

Being human and dragging my feet somewhat, I began this writing project with my wife’s constant encouragement.   

But a week into the project I was still somewhat reluctant of the assignment. Because of the tremendous popularity of the Hyper-Grace error, I was fully aware that I was taking on a formidable foe. 

"What if it was not God's Voice I heard and I'm just making trouble for myself?" I asked my wife on more than one occasion.  

I told the Lord, "I would rather just be a sweet Teacher and not say or do things that stir people up against me."

Would you like to know what the Lord said to me about that?  

Absolutely nothing. 

I then received "out of the blue" communication from my dear friend, Dr. Matthew Mangan from Williamston, Michigan.  We attended Bible School together over 25 years ago and he knew nothing of the assignment the Lord had given me.  

Dr. Mangan said, “I was up praying for you this morning and the Lord told me to tell you that you are to write a book.”  

Of course, I knew exactly what he was talking about. This was the confirmation and added encouragement I needed.  

It inspired me, motivated me and empowered me to complete the project, in spite of the tremendous opposition and persecution that has come as I have spoken out publicly concerning the extreme error of Hyper-Grace.

Chapter Seven: America's Uncertain Future

Hyper-Grace is deadly for the individual Christian.  It causes one to live with unconfessed sin in their life all the while believing those sins are automatically forgiven when they are not. 

It is equally as deadly for the corporate Body for it is an across-the-board compounding of this error by hundreds of thousands, potentially millions of Believers.

As with all other false doctrines, Hyper-Grace is intended of the devil to wreak havoc and bring great destruction.  Ever since Almighty God announced to Adam that He would send a Redeemer, false doctrines and counterfeits “…have slain their thousands.” (1Samuel 18:7-8) 

Hyper-Grace is extremely deadly for the United States of America in this hour of crisis and need, which is why it has come from across the seas to rear its ugly head at this particular time. 

America is presently engrossed in the absolute worst compounding of sin and its consequences in her history as you will read below.

Never, since the founding of this Nation, have we lived in such open defiance to the Most High God.

Don't be fooled. God is not mocked. There’s always a price to pay for unrepented of rebellion and disobedience. (Galatians 6:7)

The steel punch of the Laws of Sowing and Reaping is landing debilitating blows to apostate Christian America, causing her to stagger in her blatant sin just as the Bible warns.

America's future is absolutely uncertain. 

Only whole-hearted repentance can turn this curse around to where Holy God can and will bless America again. 

"If My people, which are called by My Name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways; then I will hear from Heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land." (2 Chronicles 7:14)

Chapter Eight: "The Stranger That Is Within Thee"

As a result of rebellion, disobedience to and rejection of the Word of God, Christian America has now found herself with a President whom the Bible refers to as “the stranger that is within thee.” 

"But it shall come to pass if thou will not hearken unto the voice of the Lord thy God ... that all these curses shall come upon thee and overtake thee ... the stranger that is within thee shall get up above thee very high; and thou shalt come down very low." (Deuteronomy 28:15, 43) 

"The stranger that is within thee" is a curse in the form of an oppressive ruler which God warned Israel would be set over them or any nation that defied Him.

I believe "the stranger that is within thee" has been delivered to our White House through the Laws of Sowing and Reaping as a direct result of Christian America's blatant rebellion against the Most High God.  

Shockingly, Christian voters and many popular Preachers of the Gospel rebelliously endorsed him, voted for him and were used to place him there.  

Even more shockingly, many of them insisted they did the right thing and endorsed him for a second term in spite of his now proven pro-death, pro-homosexuality, anti-Christian and anti-Israel policies.

America's Most Anti-Christian & Anti-America President Ever

President Barack Hussein Obama is the most Biblically-hostile, anti-Christian, anti-Israel President in America's history. He has arrogantly embraced the Muslim Brotherhood, founders of Hezbollah and Hamas.  Both of these violent organizations are committed to Israel's annihilation. 

Barack Obama refuses to recite the Pledge of Allegiance or to place his hand over his heart while others do so.  He is in the process of shredding our beloved, God-given Constitution, referring to himself as the “Living Constitution” and deconstructing our government and its balanced system of laws with Marxist principles. 

Since he became President, America has experienced the most rapid deterioration of morals and laws in her history. 

Barack Obama is single-handedly attempting to replace our Congress with corrupt, hand-picked Czars and discreetly, but whole-heartedly, cooperating with the Islamization of America, including the legalization of violent, murderous Islamic Sharia Law.

President Barack Hussein Obama secretly negotiates behind closed doors with Muslim terrorist groups in our White House.  The violent Muslim Brotherhood has infiltrated not only our White House but our State Department without a single shot being fired.

The Nation of Islam has decreed Jihad (Holy War) against our once strong, proud Nation even as they have against Israel.  

America is under constant threat of further violent terrorist attacks similar to those which occurred in September of 2001.

A Financial Mathematical Impossibility   

America has an economy with a broken back.  The United States goes into debt $2 million every 60 seconds, non-stop.  Other countries such as China, Japan, Hong Kong, United Kingdom, Brazil and Russia dominate our monetary system because of our indebtedness to them.  As of 2012 America owes China alone $1.5 trillion. America's total debt to other countries and financial institutions is approaching $16 trillion.  

It is mathematically impossible to pay that money back because that much money does not even exist. If the U.S. government decided to take every single penny from every single American bank, business and tax-payer, they still would not even come close to paying off our national debt. And even if the American government did do such a thing, America would shut down completely because there would then be no money to buy or sell anything.

We are in the midst of the worst global financial crisis since the Great Depression of the 1930's. We have witnessed the collapse of major financial institutions. Foreclosures, evictions and job loss are at an all time high with worldwide ramifications.  Decline in consumer wealth is estimated to be in the trillions of U.S. dollars.   

And Hyper-Grace has come with a "revelation" that backslidden Christian America need not repent before God for her national sins.

Celebrating Homosexuality & Desecrating Christianity

On Friday, June 26, 2015, the Supreme Court of the United States of America ruled that individual States cannot ban same sex marriages, handing homosexual rights advocates their biggest victory in the history of our fallen nation. In order to mock the God of the Bible and Christianity, Muslim President Barack Obama ordered the White House to be lit up in rainbow colors commemorating the Supreme Court's bizarre ruling.   

Homosexuality is publicly celebrated in the White House, at the Pentagon, in our public school systems and is being forced upon our military by President Obama for the express purpose of breaking their morale. There are now more homosexual "Christians," Ministers and Churches in America than any other time in our history.  

Every Sunday morning in Newburyport, Massachusetts, a homosexual Pastor literally stands above the entombed body of British Revivalist George Whitefield who requested to be buried under the pulpit of the Old South Church which he established.  

If you know anything about the character and Ministry of Rev. George Whitefield, you understand how very, very far America has fallen from God's grace in order for something like this to happen.  

George Whitefield was the greatest repentance and faith Preacher to ever preach to America. His preaching led the way for the thirteen colonies to come together, trust their Covenant with Jesus Christ and believe that Almighty God would back them in their stand against British tyranny.  Without George Whitefield's preaching to the thirteen original colonies, there would be no United States of America. 

Now, every Sunday morning his life and Ministry is mocked by the spirit of homosexuality in the very Church he founded.

Sodomy and every other deviant sexual act is practiced openly in the streets during Mardi Gras, yet they don't seem to get the message that Hurricane Katrina and the Gulf oil spill are directly connected to Mardi Gras' deviance through the Laws of Sowing and Reaping. 

If you do not believe that, you simply do not believe the Bible. The first thing focused on after both of those tragedies was "Get Mardi Gras back up and running.  We need the financial resources that come from it."  So the cycle of sin and its curse continues.

"As the bird by wandering, as the swallow by flying, so the curse causeless shall not come." (Proverbs 26:2)

The curse that has come to America is directly caused by her apostasy.

And Hyper-Grace has come with a "revelation" that backslidden Christian America need not repent before God for her national sins.

An Epidemic of Immorality & Abortion   

There is an epidemic of pornography, fornication, adultery, every form of immorality and divorce even amongst Christians. As is the case in the world, 50% of all Christian marriages end in divorce.   

Since the Roe v Wade decision in 1972 nearly 60 million “legal” abortions have occurred in America.  This number continues to swell by 3,322 on average daily.  

The majority of all abortions, 68%, are performed on women who profess Christ as their Savior.  

The womb was once the safest place in the world, but it has now become the most dangerous place in the world.  

Sadly, the majority of women who do give birth to their babies are unmarried. 

Single mothers are the largest growing segment of our society.

America is obsessed with sex and sexual performance.  The average family can no longer sit down to watch a family movie together without being blasted repeatedly concerning male sexual dysfunction and its "miracle" cure.  

In the State of Tennessee where I live, Porn Shops and giant billboards advertising them are nearly as abundant as Seven Eleven convenience stores.  Pornography is considered "good sexual therapy" by the "average" American married couple.  One cannot escape a grocery store checkout line without being reminded of America's obsession with Hollywood fantasy lifestyles and the female anatomy.  

Young women, even youth, are made to feel inferior, unacceptable and even weird if they don't dress seductively exhibiting certain bodily components.  Homosexuality is being forced on our youth by the Internet, Washington D.C., Hollywood and the public school systems.  Embarrassing immodesty has found a comfort zone in the Church, including Pentecostal Churches.  I have personally preached in Churches where many of the women and girls were dressed for the bedroom not the Sanctuary. 

And Hyper-Grace has come with a "revelation" that backslidden Christian America need not repent before God for her national sins. They are "automatically forgiven."

Abortion: America's Modern-Day "Molochism"

In the Old Testament the Canaanites and the Amorites sacrificed their children by fire to an idol named Moloch (Molech), also known as Tophet. The name means "King." (2 Chronicles 28:3, 33; Jeremiah 7:31; 19:2-6) 

Many apostate Israelites became involved in Molochism and Holy God sternly addressed Moses concerning it.

"And the Lord spake unto Moses saying, Again thou shalt say to the children of Israel, Whosoever he be of the children of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn in Israel, that giveth any of his seed unto Molech; he shall surely be put to death: the people of the land shall stone him with stones. And I will set My face against that man, and will cut him off from among his people; because he hath given of his seed unto Molech, to defile My sanctuary and to profane My Holy Name." (Leviticus 20:1-3)

What could be clearer? God told Moses that anyone in Israel who sacrificed a child to Moloch would be cut off from Holy God for defiling His sanctuary and profaning His Holy Name. 

God actually said, "I will set My face against that man."  

Rabbi Shlomo Yitzhaki, a 12th Century French Jewish Rabbi, is generally known by the acronym "Rashi."  "Ra" is from Rabbi.  "Sh" is from Shlomo.  "I" is from Yitzhaki.  To this day Rashi is still acclaimed and highly esteemed by both learned scholars and Rabbis, as well as beginning students. His works remain the very centerpiece of all contemporary Jewish study. He is considered to be the expert on the Talmud and the Tanakh - the Hebrew Bible. 

One of Rashi's comments on Molochism is as follows.

"Moloch was made of brass; and they heated him from his lower parts; and his hands being stretch out, and made hot, they put the child between his hands, and it was burnt; when it vehemently cried out; but the priests beat a drum, that the father might not hear the voice of his son, and his heart might not be moved."

Other Hebrew scholars teach that the brass idol, Moloch, was heated until he was fiery red as an incinerator at which time the infant children would be thrown into him. At that point the idol priests would begin furiously beating their drums loudly to drown out the screams of the innocent dying victims.

Christian America is guilty of 21st Century Molochism. She throws her innocent unborn children into the flaming red incinerator of an idol called "Convenience." The liberal politicians of her land loudly and furiously beat the drum of the 14th Amendment's "Right to Privacy" clause to quiet the screaming voice of America's conscience. 

All the while Christian America wonders why God no longer imparts His Blessing to her.

God not only told Moses that He would set His face against the individuals and the nation who sacrificed their children.  He also told them He would set His face against those who turned a blind eye to the evil practice.  Contrary to what some believe, there is absolutely no neutral ground in this matter.  

"And if the people of the land do any ways, hide their eyes from the man, when he giveth of his seed unto Molech, and kill him not; then I will set My face against that man, and against his family, and will cut him off..." (Leviticus 20:5)

Here, God made it clear to Moses that individuals who looked the other way concerning the murder of innocent children, even though they did not do the killing, would be just as guilty as those who did the killing. 

He promised to set His face against them, against their families and to cut them off from His Covenant of Provision and Protection. 

Modern-day Molochism in America is one of the biggest reasons God has turned His face from us and why we have found ourselves cut off from the provision and protection we had grown so accustomed to. 

Those who legislate abortion, perform abortions, provide abortions, have abortions, condone abortions, turn a blind eye to abortions or punish those who withstand the sin of abortion are all equally guilty in God's eyes. 

In the Dispensation of Grace in which we live, the death by stoning of proponents of Molochism is no longer practiced.  However, until Christian America gets up off her murderous backside, demanding the overthrow of the King called "legalized abortion," she will remain in her downward spiral. She will continue to experience, individually and nationally, the continual, progressive loss of God's provision and protection.  

Even as He promised Moses, Holy God has turned His face away from Christian America and has all but cut her off because of her gargantuan unrepented of problem with modern-day Molochism.

Yet, Hyper-Grace continues to insist that Christian America's sins need not be confessed. They are "automatically forgiven."

Unprecedented Natural Disasters & Man-Made Tragedies 

As of this writing in 2012, the United States Department of Agriculture has announced this presently occurring drought is now affecting over 1000 counties in 26 states.  That is more than half the country.  The USDA has released a report stating that this is the largest natural disaster in the history of the United States of America. 

Hurricanes, tornados, wildfires, record-setting blizzards, flooding and other natural disasters continue to hammer away at the United States of America in the most unusual places and in the most unprecedented ways.

Once again, the steel punch of the Laws of Sowing and Reaping continues to do what it was intended to do - curse man's disobedience in order to bring him to repentance.

Church shootings, Elementary school shootings, High school shootings, University shootings, Military Base shootings, Political Rally shootings, Theater shootings, Mall shootings, Post Office shootings, home shootings and drive by shootings continue to increase at alarming rates as the spirit of insanity grips America precisely as the Bible predicted it would because of disobedience. (Deuteronomy 28:15-68) 

And no, I am not advocating for the abolishment of the 2nd Amendment. American citizens have the God-given, Constitutional right to bear arms in order to protect themselves from tyrannical government. It is not necessary or practical to disarm a Democratic society in order to curtail violence.  Violence is curtailed only when a society invites God and Jesus Christ to rule as their Sovereign Head and King.  

Guns do not kill people anymore than forks and spoons cause people to become obese.  People kill people when they eject Jesus Christ from society and become oppressed, obsessed and possessed of demonic principalities and powers.  When America invites God and Jesus back into their own Country and reinstates capital punishment, violence, particularly gun violence, will drop so dramatically people's heads will spin.

Malnutrition in America has now officially been outdistanced by obesity in America.  Obesity has reached epidemic proportions as the sins of lust and greed dominate the minds and bodies of rebellious, frustrated human beings, who are attempting to live outside of God's grace.    

America, including the Church, is dominated by a culture of corruption and disrespect previously unknown in our history.  

Pastors and Spiritual Leaders who used to be the most respected figureheads in our society are dressed down daily by the national liberal media and disrespectful, immature Christians who think it is their duty to keep their Spiritual Leaders humble through browbeating, intimidation and lack of support.  

And Hyper-Grace has come with a "revelation" that backslidden Christian America need not repent before God for her national sins.

Christianity Suppressed & Compromised.  False Religions Embraced   

God and Jesus have been kicked out of everything from churches and government, to the schoolhouse, to the workplace and even Thanksgiving and Christmas.  Our National Day of Prayer has been ruled out by our present President, "the stranger that is within thee."  Yet he celebrates Ramadan while hundreds of thousands of Muslim pilgrims “pray” on our Capitol Mall. 

By Presidential order those who wear the uniforms of our Armed Forces are forbidden to speak of their Christian faith while in uniform or face court-martial. Christian prayer in schools, public assemblies, workplaces, sporting events, etc. are outlawed - particularly the use of the Name of Jesus Christ. In Orange County, California people have been arrested for having Bible studies in their own homes.

In light of the above abbreviated compendium of our national sins and their consequences, it is almost inconceivable to me how the popular Hyper-Grace Teacher who was not raised in America and has at best only loose ties to America through compromised Christian television can dare come to this backslidden Christian Nation with a "revelation from God" informing us that we need not confess our individual or national sins before Him. 

It is even more difficult for me to believe that the largest Christian television network in the world would sponsor special programs enabling the Hyper-Grace Teacher to get his outrageous "revelation" out to America and that any Christian would be gullible enough to believe it. 

Backslidden Christian America defiantly shakes its fist in the face of God and forges ahead, determined to live in sin, and "Christian" television proudly promotes the "No need to repent. It's automatically forgiven" deception!

Like it or not and believe it or not, any sincere, uncompromised Minister who appears on a compromised Christian television network is loaning their good name to the Christian television executive's bad reputation. They are being perceived as putting their stamp of approval on that network's sin.  And do not think for a fast minute the compromised television executive doesn't appreciate it. 

It is well past time for all American Preachers to kick it into over-drive and start preaching the message of repentance to their backslidden Christian nation. To not do so is to give Satan a "pass," allowing him to continue to ride roughshod over their Country and cooperating with the onslaught of "the stranger that is within thee" and Islamic world domination.

Pointing out these errors in American Preachers is not going to make me popular, but this is not a popularity contest.  

I am determined that when I stand before the Lord Jesus Christ in judgment He will point His finger at me, look me in the eye and decree within earshot of all present, "Now that's the kind of boldness and Bible preaching I was looking for in a Minister of Righteousness."

During the American Revolution a large segment of the American Clergy was known as "The Black Robed Regiment." They exposed the tyranny of King George from their pulpits and rallied Americans to repent, live right, fight back based on Biblical principles and demand freedom from demonic oppression.

In this present spiritual and political revolution, it is still the responsibility of the American Clergy to stand up like bold lions, exposing the tyranny of a corrupt religious and political system, rallying Americans to repent, live right, fight back based on Biblical principles and demand freedom from demonic oppression.

And it all starts with repentance.

Refusing to repent and to retreat is not an option if backslidden Christian America is to be saved.

And the Hyper-Grace Teacher has come with a message which is one hundred and eighty degrees reciprocal of what the Bible teaches.  

He insists that all of America's individual and national sins need not be confessed because they are automatically forgiven.  He also insists that "God is not judging America."

That is a very special kind of stupid.  That is stupidity gone to seed.  

Satan has gotten ahold of the Hyper-Grace Teacher.  He is using him to keep the Body of Christ off guard and to prevent them from seeing that Barak Hussein Obama is indeed the allowed judgment of our loving Father Who is also our Law-giver and Just Judge. 

"For the Lord is our Judge, the Lord is our Law-giver, the Lord is our King; He will save us." (Isaiah 33:22)

He will save us when we repent. His Grace to save us is in our repentance.

Chapter Nine: Hucksters, Hawkers, Stubborn Goats and Silly Clowns  

The largest Christian television network in the world has also yielded to political correctness and the fear of Islam.  They do not allow Ministers to speak against Israel's and America's greatest enemy, Islam, in any way, shape or form.  

Seasoned, faithful, Bible-based prophecy Teachers such as Dr. Jack Van Impe and Rev. Hal Lindsey were forced off the air for refusing to comply with the new “No Offending Islam” rule, even when it came to defending Israel and America.  

Brothers Van Impe and Lindsey are no longer welcome because of their bold teaching concerning the violent Islamic religion and its very real hatred for Israel and America. 

Yet unbiblical, money-grabbing hucksters are given ample air-time repeatedly because of an uncanny ability to manipulate listeners to give by deliberately twisting Scripture completely out of context. This is dangerously referred to as "the anointing."

This is done to cause the listener to believe that prosperity is as simple as "name your need and plant your seed."   

Hardly a word is ever spoken by the "Hyper-Prosperity" promoters about the importance of living a consecrated lifestyle or that God promises abundance for service, not status.

God Wills Prosperity for His Obedient Children - No Doubt about It!

"The young lions do lack and suffer hunger: But they that seek the Lord shall not want any good thing." (Psalm 34:10)

When the Christian and the Minister are in the perfect will of God, He promises they will not suffer lack or want.  However, one must be willing to obey the general will of God for all Believers as revealed in the Bible, as well as the specific will of God as it is revealed to each individual by the Holy Spirit. 

"If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land." (Isaiah 1:19)

The Scripture is clear.  All who are willing to be obedient to His Word and His leading are promised prosperity.  

However, those who lust after wealth and riches, ignoring God's Will, ultimately fail in life even though it may appear for a season that they are succeeding. The love of money and Christians lusting after wealth and riches is a snare of the devil which always results in destruction.

"...they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition. For the love of money is the root of all evil..." (1 Timothy 6:9-10)

The Apostle Paul did not say "money is the root of all evil," he said, "The love of money is the root of all evil."  

Because of the love of money, some Christians, Ministers and Christian TV executives would do almost anything to fill their coffers including twisting Scripture out of context, lying and stealing. 

Too many Christians, Ministers and Christian TV executives spend their time seeking after wealth and material things and not seeking the Source of wealth and material things.

Jesus said, "...A man's life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth." (Luke 12:15)

Wealth, material possessions and social status must never become the Christian's trinity.  

Christians are to follow the faith of Father Abraham and do as he did. (Romans 4:16)  Abraham was sold out to service to God, not status before man.  Abraham made his riches serve him and his God.  He did not serve his riches.  

Abraham used great wisdom and balance when it came to finances.  Therefore, God trusted him and made him even wealthier than he already was before he encountered the Most High God. (Genesis 17:1-9)

The bottom line?  It is alright to have wealth and possessions as long as wealth and possessions do not have you. 

"But seek ye first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." (Matthew 6:33)

We do not deny the Christian's Biblical right to prosperity.  Anyone who comes to Jesus, hears His sayings and does them is promised success in life.

"And why call ye Me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say? Whosoever cometh to Me and heareth My sayings, and doeth them, I will show you whom he is like: He is like a man which built an house and digged deep, and laid the foundation on a rock: And when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it; for it was founded upon a rock." (Luke 6:46-48)

When the Christian lays the foundation of their life on the rock of God's Word and not upon the way the world does things, they will succeed spiritually, physically, financially and materially.   

Anyone who enters Covenant with God through Jesus Christ and puts His Word first and foremost, making service to God their ultimate priority in life, is indeed promised prosperity from God. (3 John 2)

We do not deny that Holy God desires to supply our physical and material needs during our Probationary Period here on Planet Earth.  To do so would be to deny the teachings of the Master, Jesus.

What we do take issue with is the unethical, unbiblical and sinful ways some Ministers raise money and why some Christians want money.

Dr. Kenneth E. Hagin Guns Down Christian TV's Gunslingers

In his book, "The Midas Touch. A Balanced Approach to Biblical Prosperity," Dr. Kenneth E. Hagin made a strong case that it is indeed God's will that all of His obedient children prosper.  He presented sound Biblical evidence that poverty is not the will of God for anyone walking in Covenant with Him.  

Dr. Hagin, quicker-on-the-draw than most with Scripture, made it exceptionally clear that there is nothing wrong with Christians or Ministers being wealthy.  But he also made it equally as clear that the way money is raised on Christian television by hired gunslingers, and by most of the Hyper-Prosperity Ministers, is not Biblical and is nothing more than sinful scamming and greedy gimmickry. Dr. Hagin personally called them to repentance in 1999 and to this day the majority continue to ignore him. 

We are whole-heartedly in agreement with Dr. Hagin on the matter of God desiring to prosper all of His obedient children for service to Him. We call this "Prosperity in Perspective." 

We are also whole-heartedly in agreement with Dr. Hagin's gunning down the practice of Christian TV executives bringing in what he called "hired-guns" to literally hold people up and rob them blind.  

Dr. Hagin said, "They may as well rob a filling station on the way home."  

It is shocking how many Christian TV executives defy the Bible and operate on the principle of "Get all you can out of the viewers, using every means possible, and can all you get." 

Spiritual leaders are not to be " ...lovers of money, insatiable for wealth and ready to obtain it by questionable means...greedy for base gain, craving wealth and resorting to ignoble and dishonest methods of getting it." (1 Timothy 3:3,8 AMP)

Their undignified, modern day "Jesse James" and "Cool Hand Lukes" are old-hands at demonstrating their fancy gun spinning tricks and bringing forth the most bizarre, outlandish, unbiblical doctrines to ever intimidate the Body of Christ. 

Covetousness is disguised as a virtue while those who are not armed with real Bible knowledge are gunned down and robbed. 

It warrants mentioning here that Dr. Hagin did a bold, wonderfully masterful job exposing their false doctrine, trickery, gimmickry and deliberate twisting of Scripture out of context in his revealing book, "The Midas Touch."   

These gunslingers and money-raising specialists are brought in by the Christian TV execs for the express purpose of convincing people on the other side of the camera that God is promising to wipe away all their troubles for a certain sized offering.  The offering amount is always "revealed" to the specialist by God during the broadcast.  

"God says He'll wipe away all your debts, heal all your sicknesses, save your wayward children, give you a new home and a Ministry that will reach all of the world for a $5,000.00 pledge.  But listen to me, now. Listen to me. The Holy Spirit is saying this is only for the first 100 people who call in the next 10 minutes.”  

Sadly, most viewers never catch on when they are watching a re-play of these "Holy Ghost Infomercials" that those 100 people have already called and those 10 minutes have long since passed.  

Yet, the pledges keep rolling in but the promised miracle results never roll out!

Most Christians have no idea that the Bible says they must keep their hearts diligently, protecting themselves from false doctrine and not leaving it to others to do it for them. 

So much of the Body of Christ in America is giddy with an amusement park mentality developed over years of unguarded viewing of silly-headed unbiblical doctrines and the overall insanity of so much of Christian television.

"Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life." (Proverbs 4:23)  

The Holy Spirit and His Gifts are auctioned off to the highest bidders.  

The benefits and provisions of Redemption, which Jesus has already paid in full with His Blood, are literally offered for sale on Christian TV’s auction blocks, “...but you better act now. The clock is ticking. The anointing is beginning to fade. I can feel it leaving. Hurry, go to your phones now. Hurry, while there's still time.”

At times it’s hard to tell if it’s a Praise-a-Thon fund-raiser being broadcast or a performance of Cirque du Soleil.    

Almighty God is not a circus clown riding on a parade float, throwing candy out to a frenzied crowd. 

Holy God is being severely misrepresented not only to the world, but to our own Church family.

And the Hyper-Grace specialist has come with a "revelation" that backslidden Christian America need not repent before God for her individual, national and globally televised sins.   

Not surprisingly, the sin-plagued Christian television network to which I refer is the Hyper-Grace teacher's most zealous adherent and worldwide promoter.   

The heretical message of "Christians need never again confess their sins for they are automatically forgiven" seems to them a most welcome convenience, I am sure.

Possibly the Greatest Tragedy of All 

Possibly the greatest tragedy that has occurred as a result of Christians continually exposing themselves to the fatuous, money-raising scams of Christian TV is the insensitivity of heart it has developed within far too many.  

The number one way the Holy Spirit leads New Testament Believers is through the written Word of God.  Next to that is what I refer to as the "Inner Witness" of the Holy Spirit. The "Inner Witness" is God's fragile inner guidance system and something that must never be tampered with. 

The Inner Witness of the Holy Spirit is simply the red-light or green-light He gives from within, letting Believers know whether they are off-track or on-track in an area. Some refer to it as "gut instinct" or "intuition." 

For decades Christian TV has put forth unbiblical "promises" of God by twisting Scriptures out of context in order to convince the unlearned and the unguarded that God would have everyone live the ostentatious lifestyles the Hyper-Prosperity Ministers, the Christian TV executives and their gunslingers live. 

Because they fail to nobly search the Scriptures for themselves, multitudes of Believers have been deceived by this Hyper-Prosperity error. (Acts 17:11)  

Had the innocent, unsuspecting, Born-Again subscribers only recognized and heeded the Holy Spirit's "red-light" from within concerning such false prosperity teaching early on, they would never have been so readily taken in by it over time.  

If their disappointed supporters will be honest with themselves, they will acknowledge, in retrospect, that they did indeed have the "red-light" of the Holy Spirit about sitting and listening to the false prosperity teachers - but they overrode it continually. 

So many simply want the Hyper-Prosperity teaching, in all of its excess, to be true.  

As a result of overriding the Holy Spirit's inner promptings, great insensitivity of heart has been developed within them.  The gentle leading of the Holy Spirit is barely recognized by them, if at all.  

Sadly, this insensitivity of heart which has been developed over the years carries over into every realm of one's existence and makes one an easy target for "seducing spirits and doctrines of demons." (1 Timothy 4:1) 

Habitually overriding the inner promptings of the Holy Spirit develops a thick callous over one's heart and negatively impacts God's guidance in every area of life. The Apostle Paul referred to this process as "searing one's conscience as with a hot iron." (1Timothy 4:2) 

This is why I say possibly the greatest tragedy that has occurred as a result of continually overriding the Holy Spirit's Inner Witness and repeatedly listening to Christian TV's unbiblical, unreal, illusory prosperity teaching is the insensitivity of heart that it develops within.

Rev. Charles Spurgeon, the 19th Century "Prince of Preachers," was noted for his penetrating thought and precise exposition.  He once decreed that there was a day coming when the Church of Jesus Christ would be reduced to a bunch of stubborn goats being entertained by a bunch of silly clowns.

Rev. Leonard Ravenhill, the 20th Century British Revivalist, said, "In the New Testament Church it is said they were all amazed.  Now in our Churches everyone wants to be amused."

I cannot imagine Revs. John Wesley, George Whitefield, Charles Spurgeon, General William Booth, Leonard Ravenhill, D.L. Moody, Smith Wigglesworth, Aimee Semple McPherson and Maria Woodworth-Etter sitting together before a 21st Century Christian television Praise-a-Thon and not being overcome with righteous indignation and grief, hot tears of shame falling down their faces.

Obsessed with Raising Money or Raising Awareness?

The Anointing and Power of God is being merchandised by hired guns, hucksters and hawkers parading as Ministers of the Gospel. They're obsessed with raising money as opposed to being obsessed with raising awareness that without repentance Christian America is facing an extremely dangerous and uncertain future.

I am not saying everyone on Christian television is a con.  Some are definitely not.  But I have often wondered how long it would take for the Christian television network executives to repent before God and get right with Him if all the legitimate program producers came together and lovingly, but firmly told them, "You change or we walk, Sir, Madam. No longer will we loan our good names or integrity to your immoral business practices and false doctrine. Do we make ourselves clear?" 

This is how Jesus and the Apostle Paul instruct us to handle conflict such as this in the Bible. 

"Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: If he shall hear thee thou hast gained thy brother. But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established." (Matthew 18:15-16)

"Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him." (Luke 17:3)

"Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. I charge thee before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, and the elect angels, that thou observe these things without preferring one before another, doing nothing by partiality." (1 Timothy 5:20-21)

Why such solemn charges by both the Master Jesus and the next greatest contributor to the New Testament, Paul, are virtually ignored by the program producers is incomprehensible. 

Do the program producers, Bible Teachers themselves, just not know that these commands are in the Bible?  

Do they really not understand that there is Scriptural recourse to such insanity - insanity that is putting a mark on them as well by mere association with it?  

Do they not believe that Almighty God will back them up if they use their faith, obey His Word and require accountability of these Christian television network executives and their court jesters and gunslingers run amuck?

After decades of increasingly outrageous teaching and demonstration on Christian television, I honestly wonder if any of the producers are even going to the Throne of Grace and asking the Father, "Is there anything You'd like me to do about this, Sir?" 

Could it be they are afraid that He just might speak, making them accountable?

"Nevertheless if thou warn the righteous man, that the righteous sin not, and he doth not sin, he shall surely live, because he is warned; also, thou hast delivered thy soul." (Ezekiel 3:21)

Practicing What I Preach & Paying the Price 

I understand experientially there is an element of anxiety, potential backlash and even persecution involved. But that is no excuse to turn a blind-eye to the sin and insanity that goes on with Christian television networks every day.  

I, myself, confronted the now-deceased Chief Executive of the world's largest Christian television network, through his attorney, concerning the illegal way he was raising money back in the early 1990's. 

Any monies, cash or check, sent to his program producers in care of the Network, even when made out in the program producers names, the executive's staff kept the cash, endorsed the checks by illegally stamping "Pay to the Order of (Network)" and deposited it all into the network's account. This was all done per order of the network executive.

Whether it was check or cash for donation or purchase of products, it was all deposited into the television network's account and the producers for whom it was intended were never notified. The purchase orders for all products were never forwarded to the program producers. Therefore, those who were sending money for the purchase of Christian products would never receive those products and the producers were left holding the bag.

One well-known program producer, presently no longer allowed on the mentioned Christian network because of his views on Islam, personally conveyed the above information to me.  

The network executive's staff actually did this to my own grandmother who was in her 80's at the time.  She made out a substantial check for purchasing products from the above-mentioned well-known program producer.  Although she never received her products the check was later returned to her as "paid."  On the back, a network executive's staff member had stamped "Pay to the Order of (Network)". 

Her products never arrived because the executive not only stole the producer's money, but he never even bothered to tell the producer that there was a purchase order in the same envelope with my grandmother's money.  

I communicated with the well-known television Minister from whom my grandmother had ordered products.  He informed me that the television network executive had been illegally endorsing checks and depositing them into his own Ministry account for a number of years.  He also informed me that many of the other producers had individually confronted the executive, informing him that his practice was not only immoral but illegal.  

Even still the network executive arrogantly refused to change the way he illegally and immorally raised money in such an ungodly manner.  

I went to the Lord, asking Him what I was to do about my elderly grandmother having been abused in this manner.  After many weeks of keeping this patiently before the Lord in prayer, one morning He spoke to me, "Confront him through his attorney."   

I did so, reminding his attorney that the Christian television executive's practice of depositing checks into one non-profit account when they were made out in the name of another non-profit account, without approval from anyone, was not only immoral but punishable by law.  

Upon the advice of Counsel, the Christian television executive immediately changed the way he was illegally raising money.  No longer were checks which had been made out to the producers' non-profit accounts endorsed and deposited into the network executive's non-profit account. 

The illegal hijacking of the program producers' funds officially came to an end. 

However, the network executive gave his affiliate manager the assignment of informing me, Pastor John Hamel, that my preaching in his Gospel TV studios had also officially come to an end.  I would no longer be welcome to preach in any of the Christian network's studios, regardless of how well I had been previously received.  I received written notification of the executive's punitive decision with a special word of "God bless your life and Ministry, Pastor Hamel."

I was actually being punished, shunned and black-balled for confronting the network executive through his attorney, according to the Bible, and the Lord's very specific instruction to me.  

I am confident the executive would not have acted so punitively had his top ten program producers confronted him collectively in the way in which I had - through his attorney.

And no, I do not have an axe to grind, and yes, I do forgive the man. I harbor no ill-will in my heart towards him at all. He illegally and immorally took advantage of my elderly grandmother and I simply responded in a dignified, Biblical manner according to the specific instruction of the Lord.  

As a matter of fact, if he had not handed me my walking papers for confronting him through his attorney, I would have voluntarily left soon thereafter because I, personally, do not allow my God-given gifts to be exploited or merchandised by anyone, for any reason. That would be to enter into the realm of the "Dirty Church."

For the record, the program producer who was being robbed by the network executive very graciously forwarded the products my grandmother ordered from him once he finally discovered she had indeed ordered them.  He also graciously insisted that she not recompense him for the products. He apologized profusely for my elderly grandmother's anxiety caused by the compromised executive's illegal, ungodly, un-Christlike behavior.

Robbing the Bible-Illiterate & the Elderly  

Personally, it troubles me deeply to think about all the other elderly Christian grandparents who have also been unjustly dealt with in the very same manner, yet who have no Preacher grandsons to boldly confront the Christian television executive's attorneys on their behalf.

It also grieves one's heart to see how the outrageously bizarre, money-raising scams and unbiblical techniques have continued on this same Christian television network and others. I whole-heartedly agree with Dr. Kenneth E. Hagin.  The way they raise money is the same as if any of these "hired guns" were knocking off liquor stores on the way home from Praise-a-Thon every night.  

Dr. Hagin's book, "The Midas Touch. A Balanced Approach to Biblical Prosperity," reveals in great detail the specific and deliberate errors of the Hyper-Prosperity Preachers. Errors which he personally confronted in them and errors which most all of them continue to deliberately promote in the name of stuffing their personal coffers.

I recently listened in disbelief as the wife of one network executive told her "little grannies" that "God is telling me to tell you to send your grocery money in.  I know it looks like you'll have no groceries if you do, but God is telling you to send your grocery money in so He can bless your family." 

That is ungodly emotional and financial manipulation at its worst by a self-professing Minister of the Gospel.  What faithfully viewing little granny is not going to believe if she doesn't send in her grocery money, her family will not be saved and blessed and it will be all her fault?

God's Tithe Belongs to His Local Church

Through this type of financial and emotional manipulation, this Christian television network and others have not only robbed the elderly and unsuspecting Bible-illiterate Believers, but they have also done untold, tremendous damage to local Churches all across the globe.  

They deliberately neglect to insistently and consistently remind Believers that their tithes belong to their local Church and to their local Church alone.

"Ye are cursed with a curse: For ye have robbed Me, even this whole nation. Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse that there may be meat in Mine house, and prove Me now herewith, saith the Lord of Hosts, if I will not open you the windows of Heaven and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it." (Malachi 3:9-10)

The Bible instructs the Believer to pay their tithes into supporting "the storehouse" that the meat of God's Word would be available there.  The storehouse where Believers are to be receiving the strong meat of God's Word is the local Church, not Christian television.  

Christian television is to be a supplement to, not a substitute for, the local Church.

Christian television executives are fully aware that by properly informing Believers of their Biblical obligation to pay tithes only to their local Churches, their own network income would drop dramatically.  Although that would cause local Churches to experience a much needed dramatic increase, most networks appear to be unwilling to do what is best for the entire Body.   

The fact of the matter is, for Christian television executives and television Ministries to not deliberately and consistently instruct supporters to pay tithes to their local Churches only makes them accomplices to crimes committed against Holy God. When God says the tithe is to go to the storehouse, He means what He says.  Anything less is "God robbing." 

The world's largest Christian television network and many, but not all, of its broadcasters are unwilling to "trust God" as they encourage their supporters to do, so they continue to do only what they believe is best for their own network and personal financial edification regardless of what it costs the local Churches.

Greed and lusting after money and possessions has run amuck on Christian TV. 

This is easily confirmed by the fact that this same Christian network executive and his wife own as many as six multi-million dollar "parsonages" across America.  These are properties and estates which were purchased with multiple millions of Gospel dollars given for the propagation of the message of Jesus Christ. 

Through a combination of both ignorance of and disobedience to the Scriptures, these individuals do not seem to care that God raises up Christian television networks to support His local Churches worldwide, not to feed off them like hungry piranhas.  

How many Pastors have experienced the death of their God-given dreams because the money God sent in the form of tithes was being heisted by the Christian television networks?  

How many Pastors continue to walk away from their Ministry callings in frustration and anger because the payroll, the tithes being stage-coached to them by God, is being cut off at the pass by Christian television's gunslingers and outlaw Preachers who know exactly what they are doing?  

These truths will all be brought out of the darkness into the light when we all stand before Him in judgment - some even sooner.  

Almighty God is fully capable of untangling even this gigantic Christian television bowl of spaghetti.

What the abusive, multi-millionaire Christian television executives and Ministers need to understand is that Holy God is not only their Loving Benefactor and Father, but He is also their Judge, Lawgiver and Sovereign King even as the Prophet Isaiah revealed.

"For the Lord God is our Judge, the Lord is our Lawgiver, the Lord is our King; He will save us." (Isaiah 33:22).

This fact is confirmed in the New Testament by James, the half-brother of Jesus and head of the Jerusalem Church.

"One only is the Lawgiver and Judge Who is able to save and to destroy [the One Who has the absolute power of life and death]." (James 4:12 Amplified Bible)

It is no small wonder that the Hyper-Grace message of "all sins are automatically forgiven by Jesus" has been so openly embraced by these Bible-disobeying, backslidden Christian television executives.

The Three Primary Reasons God Gives Wealth

God's will is prosperity, not poverty, for all of His obedient children. No doubt about it! He has granted revelation and tremendous wisdom from His Word teaching His children how to obtain wealth and how to properly possess it.  

But Ministers, including Christian television executives, must understand that great wealth is given for great service, not great status. 

God has given many Ministries and Christian television networks tremendous wealth for the express purpose of working the harvest fields of humanity in this Earth.  

God has given them tremendous wealth in order to plunder Hell and populate Heaven.  

Yet, many Ministries and Believers are in a greedy ditch off to the side of the road.  They seem to have forgotten why God has given them wealth.

God sends great wealth for the same three reasons He sent Jesus Christ into the Earth.  

First, God sent Jesus Christ into the Earth to seek and save the lost. (Luke 19:10)  God sends great wealth to Ministers and Believers to seek and save the lost, as well.

Second, God sent Jesus Christ into the Earth to destroy the works of the devil and to break his oppression off of humanity. (1 John 3:8)  God sends wealth to Ministers and Believers to destroy the works of the devil and to break his oppression off of humanity, as well.

Finally, God sent Jesus Christ into the Earth that we might have life and have it more abundantly. (John 10:10)  God sends wealth to Ministers and Believers that they might have life and have it more abundantly, as well.  

Many are unaware of the three reasons why God sends wealth.  

Many are aware of the three reasons but have them completely out of order.  

It even appears that far too many have altogether forgotten the Great Commission of Mark 16:15-20 and could not care less about the first and second reasons why God sends wealth.  Abundant life is their top priority. They do not give for the purpose of world evangelization.  They give in order to get.  

I am often astounded by the number of Christians who are "believing God for prosperity" but who are too ashamed to hand someone a Gospel tract in the Wal-Mart parking lot. 

They are so ashamed of the Name of Jesus they would rather die than publicly witness for Him. 

But all the while, they are "believing God for prosperity"!

Soul Harvesters or Gold Diggers?  

It appears that some Ministers have even taken the tools and tremendous resources given to work the world's harvest fields through the preaching of repentance, stubbornly insisting upon using them to work the gold mines of Christian TV and mega-conventions instead.  

It is a sad commentary indeed that so many Ministers have remained in the dark of the mines, digging for more gold with their God-given tools, when they should be out working the harvest fields with the wealth they have already acquired.  

For many the focus has become the gold in the mines, not the lost souls in the fields.  

Almighty God gives of His gold reserves for harvesting, not hoarding. (Haggai 2:8-9)

Christian America does not need to hear any more unbalanced, unbiblical, "giving to get" prosperity messages.  

Christian America is drowning in the swift, strong whirlpool of her gross national sins and needs to hear one message right now and one message alone, "Unless ye repent ye shall all likewise perish." (Luke 13:3)    

This is simply not happening.  Fallen Christian America forges ahead with its sinful "business as usual" attitude. 

Dr. Billy Graham in his Open Letter to Christian America, dated July 2012, said, "Self-centered indulgence, pride and lack of shame over sin are now emblems of the American lifestyle.  My heart aches for America and its deceived people."

Dr. Kenneth E. Hagin said, "There's nothing more lacking in the Charismatic movement today than commitment, consecration and respect for the things of God."  

This is how Christian America has unwittingly become the recipient of a President whom the Bible refers to as "the stranger that is within thee."  

It is called judgment and it begins in the House of God.

"For the time has come that judgment must begin at the House of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the Gospel of God? And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear." (1 Peter 4:17-18)

And Hyper-Grace has come with a "revelation" that America, backslidden Christian America, with all of her self-centered indulgence, pride, lack of shame over sin, lack of commitment, consecration and respect for the things of God, need never repent before God again because all of her sins are "automatically forgiven."

I Watched as the Emerald Green Glory Turned Back & Departed

"And instantly I, John, was in the Spirit. I saw a Throne in Heaven and Someone sitting on it.  The One sitting on the Throne was as brilliant as gemstones - jasper and carnelian. And the glow of an emerald circled His Throne like a rainbow." (Revelation 4:2-4)

Covetousness does not show reverence for God and reverence is key to God's presence and power.

I was once invited to be a guest speaker at a large Pentecostal denomination's annual convocation in New England. The main meetings were being held in a large auditorium situated on a Catholic college campus.  During praise and worship for one of the evening services I was standing on the platform with approximately twenty other regional Ministers. 

As I stood looking over the congregation the radiant, emerald green, incandescent Glory of God, the same emerald-colored Glory that John saw surrounding Holy God's Throne, suddenly appeared on the right side of the auditorium from the back of the room to the front. It was coming out of the massive side wall as if it were being unrolled like a giant bolt of cloth hidden behind the wall.  It was as if a lineup of invisible angels was actually pulling it right out of the wall the way a baseball grounds crew pulls a tarp over the infield during a rain delay.

As the worship continued the delicate green Glory sheet moved out over the room reaching beyond the halfway point. It hovered closely over the congregation on the right side of the room, shimmering and rippling like bright emerald green water. It was as fragile as a silk sheet carried upon a breeze and I could see through it as it hovered above the worshipping congregation. 

Being acquainted with many different manifestations of God's Glory, I knew the Holy Spirit had come to bring physical healings and other miracles to God's precious people. I was prepared in my heart to begin to call out healings as the Holy Spirit led me when the worship music abruptly stopped. 

To my left the State Bishop of this Pentecostal denomination stepped up to the pulpit and began to shout out, "Who will give $100?" When he forcefully cried out the drummer did a drum roll, a rim shot and a cymbal crash as if on cue.  The Bishop then cried out, "Who will give $200?"  Again the drummer aggressively backed him up.  The Bishop and the drummer went back and forth like this, progressively raising the amounts to be given as the Ushers quickly spread out with their buckets throughout the congregation beneath the transparent, emerald green Glory cloud.

My heart sank as I said within, "Oh Father God, no. No. Lord Jesus, no."  

As if someone hit a reverse switch, the delicate green liquid-like Glory sheet began to gently return into the wall as if it were being retracted automatically from behind the wall.  I stood watching in shock and dismay as the precious, coveted, emerald green Glory of God literally turned back, went into the wall and finally disappeared altogether. 

The Bishop received his hyper-offering that night.  

However, the sick did not receive their healings. The oppressed did not receive their deliverance and the needy returned home without their much needed miracles.

Sadly, the Holy Spirit of God is being deeply grieved by behaviors just like this in public meetings and by Christian television all across America, and in other nations of the world, by local, national and international Ministries. Until it is openly repented of and cut off we will not only have to learn to live without manifestations of God's power, but we will also have to be prepared to face His continuing judgment.

When the Glory of God was in manifestation through the Prophet Elisha, resulting in Namaan's supernatural healing from leprosy, Namaan attempted to give Elisha money.  Emphatically and repeatedly the Prophet Elisha refused. 

Once Namaan had departed, Elisha's servant Gehazi ran after him. Catching up with Namaan, Gehazi lied and told him that Elisha had changed his mind and now wanted silver and garments.  Grateful for his healing, Namaan readily complied.  

When Gehazi returned to Elisha, the Holy Spirit revealed to the Prophet what his servant had done. Elisha strongly rebuked Gehazi, reminding him that when the Glory of God is in manifestation it is not the time to receive money or gifts. He then pronounced a curse on Gehazi. 

"The leprosy therefore of Namaan shall cleave unto thee, and unto thy seed forever.  And Gehazi went out from Elisha's presence a leper as white as snow." (2 Kings 5:1-27)

Raising money when the Glory and power of God are in manifestation can indeed prove to be extremely costly, even dangerous. 

The Glory of God came in one of the most powerful manifestations I have yet to witness, and I have witnessed many, as I stood on that platform in New England. It was the Holy Spirit coming to supernaturally meet the needs of His people. 

Because He was so obviously grieved and literally turned back by the Bishop's spiritually-insensitive, aggressive raising of money in His presence, one must ask the sobering question, "What is happening on an even greater scale all across America and around the world, in local Churches, larger conventions and Christian television as Hyper-Prosperity Ministers relentlessly hammer away at the 'giving to get' message?"

Covetousness and lusting after money and possessions factored into Gehazi's judgment and it directly factors into Christian America's present judgment. 

The extreme error of Hyper-Prosperity and the "giving to get" teaching has definitely caught the attention of Holy God in one of the most negative ways possible, even as Hyper-Grace has. 

Holy God does not appreciate when wealth and riches given by Him for the worldwide propagation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ is overly used by many of His once-trusted servants for status and not for service.

No one is perfect, including the author. Everyone makes mistakes. Everyone. 

It is even alright to be wrong, but it is not alright to stay wrong once you finally see you are wrong. 

However, many Word of Faith leaders and disciples have become notorious for holding out and not repenting when they are wrong. What an indictment, particularly where the Bible instructs Believers in Jesus Christ to develop the wonderful habit of repenting and receiving forgiveness immediately. 

"If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." (1 John 1:9)  

Sadly, far, far too many Ministers and Christians have already developed the ugly habits of blame-shifting, soft-soaping, justifying and pridefully refusing to repent when they know they are wrong.  When God lovingly sends someone to correct them in their stubbornness, many immediately begin to find fault with their corrector.  Dr. Hagin referred to this behavior as "the babyhood stages of Christianity."

Now, the false teaching of Hyper-Grace has come along and added to these ugly habits with its message of "Believers never need to repent again. All sins are automatically forgiven by the Blood of Jesus Christ." 

The Biblical truth of the matter is that Ministry leaders, above all, must keep their Ministries Biblical and their lives clean and above reproach at all times, repenting immediately when they are wrong. Ministers are held to a higher standard. 

"Don't be in any rush to be a Teacher, my friends. Teaching is highly responsible work. Teachers are held to the strictest standards." (James 3:1 Message Bible)

Chapter Ten: Prophet Hagin's Warning Virtually Ignored by His Own 

In the ditch Hyper-Prosperity Ministers, as well as Christian TV execs, own and live in multiple, multi-million dollar “parsonages.”  Lost and saved alike are so offended by it that they turn on their heels and walk away from the Gospel.  The true Gifts of the Spirit are not in manifestation because God is grieved, Jesus is grieved, and the Holy Spirit is grieved. 

I cannot recall how many times in the past two decades people have told me, a Word of Faith Pentecostal Minister, they do not want to hear God's message of prosperity, some do not even want to hear the Gospel message of salvation, because of the extravagant lifestyles of the Preachers who preach it. 

People are naturally offended by and suspicious of extravagant living Ministers - particularly when their homes are bigger than the local Wal-Mart. This is a simple fact of Ministry life that all sincere Ministers must learn to live with, like it or not. (James 3:1)

There is nothing in the world wrong with Ministers being wealthy.  But there is everything in the world wrong when they live like the Shah of Iran or William Randolph Hearst at the great expense of those they are called to reach with that wealth. 

Hyper-Prosperity Preachers basically ignore America’s current crisis as opposed to meeting it head-on with their affluence and their preaching anointings.  If the crisis is addressed by them at all, people are simply told to “get out and vote” or “pray” but never vigorously confronted with the message of repentance. Neither are they taught from the Bible exactly how God expects Christians to vote.  

The Hyper-Prosperity Preachers continue with their own agendas, not wanting their boats to be rocked in order to continue to fill their personal coffers while America literally staggers under the weighty curse of her compounded, unprecedented, unchallenged sin. 

Untold numbers of people who would normally turn to the Church looking for answers in such a national crisis are literally driven away because of the opulent, extravagant, luxurious televised lifestyles of run-amuck, celebrity TV Ministers.  By their lifestyles they draw such fire and ire to themselves from both Christians and non-Christians alike, including high profile Senate investigations on spending, that they end up doing much more harm than good.  They also give all other balanced Ministers a “bad rap” with many.

Modern day Charismatic Christianity as presented by much of Christian television and Internet has become a gazing-stock, a laughing-stock of amusement parks, immorality including homosexuality, lawsuits, hush money, corrupt business practices, palatial estates and annual salaries exceeding what the average person takes in over a lifetime.  Others receive annual expense accounts alone that exceed what the average American pays for a home. 

Some people are so offended by such splashed out, ostentatious lifestyles being supported by Gospel dollars, their anger goes even beyond the Hyper-Prosperity Preachers and the television executives and is aimed directly at God and the Bible - when God is not guilty.  

This is why Rev. Dr. Kenneth E. Hagin, in his most shunned book, “The Midas Touch. A Balanced Approach to Biblical Prosperity” so boldly and so appropriately admonished, “Ministers should not live in extravagant homes or drive extravagant automobiles.  It offends and injures many.”

If only Ministers who preach prosperity, particularly those who came up under him and refer to him as "Dad," would heed Dr. Hagin’s wisdom by living in moderate housing and living less extravagant lifestyles as he did, they would not draw such negative attention and publicity to themselves.  That alone would go a long, long way towards solving the problem of turning untold numbers of offended observers away from the very Gospel they are preaching.

Sadly, Dr. Hagin's wonderfully balanced message of "Bible Faith" has been hijacked by the unbiblical message of "Hyper-Prosperity." In many cases, even by his own spiritual offspring.  

The selfish, rebellious ignoring of Dr. Hagin's Biblical counsel in "The Midas Touch," even by some who called him "Dad," is going to go over like a lead balloon at the BEMA Judgment Seat of Christ!

"For we must all appear before the Judgment Seat of Christ that everyone may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad." (2 Corinthians 5:10)

Christian America is being snow-jobbed by Satanic heresies such as Hyper-Prosperity, Hyper-Grace, Universal Reconciliation and the Deification of Man. This is why an avalanche of God's judgment has come to America.

And Hyper-Grace has come with a "revelation from God" that backslidden Christian America need not repent before Him for her self-centered indulgence, pride and lack of shame over sin.

Chapter Eleven: Requiring Accountability Is Not "Being Judgmental"

Yet even with Dr. Hagin’s direct Biblical admonition, if anyone dares to challenge their Hyper-Prosperity excesses and abuses, requiring accountability of them, many of the prosperity Ministers immediately deflect with accusations of “You’re being judgmental!” or “You’re not walking in love!” or "You have a critical spirit!"

Apparently they have overlooked the Apostle Paul's following admonitions as well.

"For what have I to do to judge them also that are without (Unbelievers)? Do not ye judge them that are within (Believers)? But them that are without God judgeth. Therefore, put away from among yourselves that wicked person." (1 Corinthians 5:12-13)

"Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. I charge thee before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, and the elect angels, that thou observe these things without preferring one before another doing nothing by partiality."  (1Timothy 5:20-21)

"For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in this present world." (Titus 2:11-12)

We are indeed called to police ourselves within the Body of Christ. We are even called to judge one another when in sin.  If we do not do it, who will?  

Yet time after time, in epidemic proportion, Christians and Christian Ministers reject the Holy Spirit's correction and any type of accountability when they are out of line, referring to it as "being judgmental."  They immediately begin to find fault with their God-sent correctors. 

Little do they realize that finding fault with the one God sends to correct them is not a leadership quality, but rather it is a sign of pride and the adolescent stage of Christianity.

When I publicly rebuked an Oklahoma Bible school instructor for daring to publicly encourage her students to watch and enjoy her favorite weekly television series, one which strongly promotes adultery, homosexuality and lesbianism as normal, I was told by her, "You aren't walking in love."  

She also accused me of being too harsh and hard in my use of God's Word for strongly reminding her that Teachers have a stricter judgment and that she was called to fill her students full of God's Word, not to steal His words from them.

"Is not My Word like as a fire? saith the Lord; and like a hammer that breaketh the rock in pieces? Therefore, behold, I am against the prophets, saith the Lord, that steal My words everyone from his neighbor." (Proverbs 23:29-30)

The Bible school instructor stubbornly and pridefully refused to repent.   

Sadly, in over 30 years of Christianity I can count on one hand, minus one finger, the number of Ministers who have stood up and publicly said, "I'm wrong, please forgive me" when they did something contrary to Scripture and displeasing to the Lord. 

Two are high-profile Ministers known around the world.  The other two are local Pastors.  

And I have known many, many more Ministers who need to repent but stubbornly refuse.  

Some have even died prematurely because of their stubbornness and unwillingness to repent when they are wrong. 

Unfortunately, without repentance many more Ministers will die in their sin.

Others will continue to live but will lose their anointings such as many Word of Faith and Pentecostal Ministers have.  

When He appeared to the Apostle John on the Island of Patmos, Jesus referred to the loss of one's anointing, as a result of refusing to repent, as the removing of one's "candlestick."

"Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place except thou repent." (Revelation 2:5)

The last thing in the world a Minister of the Gospel can afford to lose is their anointing.  Yet many, through pride and refusing to repent when wrong, have done exactly that. 

All of the reasons given in this book, and more, are why the Hyper-Grace message of “Christians no longer need to repent for their sins because they are automatically forgiven by the Blood of Jesus” is the most dangerous message Christian America could hear and heed in this most crucial hour. 

Surely, without repentance America, yes even Christian America, faces an uncertain future. 

Christians must strongly reject the false doctrine of Hyper-Grace.

The message of Hyper-Grace is deadly, dangerous and destructive to America.  

The heretical message of Hyper-Grace was conceived in the mind of Satan to keep backslidden Christian America from repenting for her individual and national sins. (John 10:10)

Satan has gotten a hold of the popular Hyper-Grace Teacher. He is using him to keep the Body of Christ off guard and to prevent them from seeing that Barack Hussein Obama is indeed the loving judgment of a Benevolent Father God Who is also our Law-giver and Just Judge.

Hyper-Grace is Satan’s strategy for cutting Christian America's third Great Spiritual Awakening off at the pass.

I am appalled by the number of Pentecostal Pastors who are proudly marching arm in arm, bearing the banner of Hyper-Grace, disseminating the lie that Christian America need not bother to repent based upon a "revelation" that does not come from the precious Holy written Word of God.    

Although those who preach Hyper-Grace just may be sincere, they are sincerely wrong.

They are like the people who unknowingly gave their loved ones poisoned Tylenol in 1982, killing them. 

Although they were sincere in their endeavors to help their loved ones by giving them the secretly tainted Tylenol, they were sincerely wrong.

Hyper-Grace with its “There is no need for Christians to ever repent again!” mantra is a very real hindrance to God’s further provision and protection for America.  

Hyper-Grace is a virtual threat to the very survival of our still great but severely sin-weakened Nation.

Hyper-Grace must be rejected, as the Apostle Paul said, because it is "accursed."

"I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. 

"But though we, or an angel from Heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. 

"As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed." (Galatians 1:6-10)

The Apostle Paul authored nearly two-thirds of the New Testament. He did not teach the message of Hyper-Grace. 

Neither did Jesus, or any of the other New Testament authors, ever teach that Believers need never confess their sins again because they are "automatically forgiven by the Blood of Jesus."

No one has the Biblical authority to add to the Holy Scriptures and do so now. 

No one.

It is extreme error, indeed, for the popular Hyper-Grace teacher to come to Christian America and disseminate the deluding message that all unconfessed individual and national sins are automatically forgiven by the Blood of Jesus, for they are not.  

However, all sin is immediately washed away by the Blood of Jesus - but only once it is confessed to Holy God.

"If we confess our sins He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say we have not sinned, we make Him a liar and His Word is not in us." (1 John 1:9-10)

Hyper-Grace rejects Christ's Foundational Doctrine of Repentance as presented in Scripture. (Hebrews 6:1-2)  

Hyper-Grace dresses up error as a real Bible Doctrine and destroys precious human lives.

Hyper-Grace is not only a very dangerous error for backslidden Christian America, robbing her of God's provision and protection, but it is equally as dangerous to the world which leans so heavily upon her.

This is why the error of Hyper-Grace is quite possibly the greatest deception of the 21st Century. 

The Apostle Paul called Hyper-Grace a conscience-searing "doctrine of demons."

"Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of demons; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared as with a hot iron." (1 Timothy 4:1-2)

In his book, "I Believe in Visions," Dr. Kenneth Hagin writes on page 114, "The Lord told me that the time is short. The work must be done quickly in these Last Days. He, Jesus, said, 'The judgment must begin in the house of God, and if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the sinner and the ungodly appear?' If the Church won't accept this ministry (Prophet), then they wouldn't accept His Word."

Brother Hagin continued, "He (Jesus) went on to say that if a Pastor would not accept this message (of judgment), then judgment would come to him."

Jesus told him, "If I give you a message for an individual, a Church or a Pastor and they don't accept it, you will not be responsible. They will be responsible. There will be Ministers who do not accept it and will fall dead in the pulpit."

So, we now know that Dr. Hagin said that Jesus told him if he brought a word of judgment to anybody, individuals, Churches, Ministers, etc., and they did not receive it, they themselves would be judged.

Now, here is the word God gave Brother Hagin for America.

"Judgment came and judgment is yet to come. The only thing that can save America from the judgment of God is genuine repentance - a turning to God."

Joseph Prince says, "God does not judge individuals or nations."  He goes on to say that American Preachers who say He does are "sick."  Joseph Prince also said, "There is something wrong" with them.  He made these Bible-illiterate assertions from the pulpit of Joel Osteen's Church in Houston, Texas, to resounding cheers and applause.

We must pay very close attention here.

Jesus told Prophet Hagin that according to 1 Peter 4:17 anyone who does not receive a word of judgment through a Prophet will be judged.

Prophet Hagin gave a word from the Lord that America is being judged and can only be saved through repentance.

Joseph Prince says Preachers and Prophets who say those things are "sick" and "something is wrong" with them.

Based upon what Jesus told Prophet Hagin, what is going to happen to Joseph Prince now?

If two plus two still equals four, then you have your answer.

Joseph Prince will be judged for rejecting Jesus' Bible-based word through His Prophet. 

What will happen to anyone who does not receive what Jesus told His Prophet about America being judged?

Addendum: 18 New Testament Refutations to “Automatic Forgiveness”

The Hyper-Grace proponents do not believe the Old Testament can be used to refute the error of “automatic forgiveness.”  Although they are wrong we will give the benefit of the doubt in this instance, passing over the nearly fifty examples given in the Old Testament that Believers will not be automatically forgiven.  

To satisfy the demands of the Hyper-Grace proponents, we will jump right to the New Testament, keeping in mind that Jesus said in the mouth of two or three witnesses (confirming verses of Scripture) every word (doctrine) will be established. (Matthew 18:18)  We will go beyond the two or three required confirming verses of Scripture and give eighteen in addition to the dozens already referred to in this book.

1. John the Baptist said Christians who do not bring forth good fruit are “hewn down and cast into the fire,” not “automatically forgiven.”

“Bring forth therefore fruits meet for repentance: And think not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, that God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham. And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: therefore every tree which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.” (Matthew 3:8-10)

2. Jesus told His Disciples they would be “cast out” for living in compromise, not “automatically forgiven.”

“Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.” (Matthew 5:13)

3. Jesus said His unprofitable servants would be “cast into outer darkness,” not “automatically forgiven.”

“And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.” (Matthew 25:30)

4. Jesus said Disciples who did not bear fruit would be “taken away,” not “automatically forgiven.”

“I am the true vine, and My Father is the husbandman. Every branch in Me that beareth not fruit He taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, He purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.” (John 15:1-2)

5. Luke, by inspiration of the Holy Spirit, said that Judas went to “his own place” at death for betraying Jesus, he was not “automatically forgiven.”

“And they appointed two, Joseph called Barsabas, who was surnamed Justus, and Matthias. And they prayed, and said, Thou, Lord, which knowest the hearts of all men, shew whether of these two thou hast chosen, That he may take part of this ministry and apostleship, from which Judas by transgression fell, that he might go to his own place.  And they gave forth their lots; and the lot fell upon Matthias; and he was numbered with the eleven apostles.” (Acts 1:23-26)

The place Judas went to was Hell which is why Jesus said it would have been better that Judas had never been born.

“And Jesus answered and said, he that dippeth his hand with me in the dish, the same shall betray me. The Son of man goeth as it is written of him: but woe unto that man by whom the Son of man is betrayed! it had been good for that man if he had not been born. Then Judas which betrayed him answered and said, Master, is it I? Jesus said unto him, thou has said.” (Matthew 26:23-25)

6. The Apostle Paul said when someone knows God and becomes involved with sin, they are given up by God, not “automatically forgiven.”

“Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. … For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do things which are not convenient.” (Romans 1:21, 26-28)

7. The Apostle Paul said contentious Christians who do not repent and obey the truth will experience tribulation and anguish, not “automatic forgiveness.”

“But unto them that are contentious and obey not the truth, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath, tribulation and anguish upon every soul of man that doeth evil.” (Romans 2:8-9)

8. The Apostle Paul said an eternal death sentence is passed on to “brethren” who turn back to sin, not “automatic forgiveness.”

“Know ye not, that to whom ye yield yourselves servants to obey, his servants ye are to whom ye obey; whether of sin unto death, or of obedience unto righteousness? … For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” (Romans 6:16, 23)

“Therefore brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh. For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.” (Romans 8:12-13)

9. The Apostle Paul said Believers who do not continue in God’s goodness shall be “spared not” and “cut off,” not “automatically forgiven.”

“For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee. Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off.” (Romans 11:21-22)

10. The Apostle Paul said all unconfessed disobedience to the Gospel is to be “revenged” meaning “court-martialed,” not “automatically forgiven.”

“And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled. Do ye look on things after the outward appearance? If any man trust to himself that he is Christ’s, let him of himself think this again, that, as he is Christ’s, even so are we Christ’s.” (2 Corinthians 10:6-7)

11. The Apostle Paul said Believers who deny Christ through sin will be “denied,” not “automatically forgiven.”

“If we suffer, we shall also reign with Him: if we deny Him, He also will deny us:” (2 Timothy 2:12 )

12. Both Jesus and the Apostle Paul said it is impossible to renew unto repentance those who fall away having committed the unpardonable sin.  They did not say they would be “automatically forgiven.”

“Wherefore I say unto you, all manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.” (Matthew 12:31)

“For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put Him to an open shame.” (Hebrews 6:4-6)

13. The Apostle Paul said there is “no more sacrifice for sins” for Christians who sin willfully. He did not say they would be “automatically forgiven.”

“For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries. He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses: Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?” (Hebrews 10:26-29)

14. The Apostle Peter said Believers who become entangled in sin again will be judged, not “automatically forgiven.”

“For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning.” (2 Peter 2:20)

15. Jesus said He will “blot out his name from the Book of Life” to all lazy Believers who do not overcome sin.  He did not say, “I will automatically forgive them.”   

“He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the Book of Life, but I will confess his name before My Father, and before His angels.” (Revelation 3:5)

16. Jesus tells lukewarm, compromising Christians, “I will spew thee out of My mouth,” not “I will automatically forgive you.”

“I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spew thee out of My mouth.” (Revelation 3:15-16)

17. Jesus said Believers who do not overcome sin will find themselves “throneless," not “automatically forgiven.”

“To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with Me in My Throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with My Father in His Throne.” (Revelation 3:21)

18. Jesus said the impenitent sinful will “have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone.” He did not say they would be “automatically forgiven.”

“He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be My son. But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.” (Revelation 21:7-8)

By now it is clear to the reader that if men turn away from the Lord after salvation, commit sins and persist in rebellion, they are not “automatically forgiven.”  They will face the consequences for their unconfessed sin and God will not be responsible.

Author's Closing Note

The Hyper-Grace teacher's erroneous doctrine of "no need to repent" began to increase in popularity in 2008 just prior to the election of Barack Hussein Obama. An election which I have referred to as God's warning to America for her unconfessed sin.  

I believe the 2012 re-election of Barack Hussein Obama is God's judgment on the United States of America for her rejecting His initial four-year warning. You may read more about this in our JHM online book, "Why a Loving God Allows Judgment. A Bible Message to Fallen Christian America." 

2008 was also the year of the beginning of the fulfillment of visions of judgment and spiritual awakening coming to America which were given to both Oral Roberts and myself, four months apart, in 2004. 

It is simply no coincidence that in 2008, when America needed to repent more than any other time in her great history, the Hyper-Grace teacher came from across the seas with his extremely dangerous, unbiblical doctrine that Christian America "need not repent for anything, ever, for it is all automatically forgiven in Christ."

I personally believe, had Christian America only listened to God's call to repentance given through seasoned Ministers of the Gospel such as Dr. Oral Roberts and Dr. Billy Graham, as opposed to listening to the false doctrine of convenience delivered by one who would be considered a novice in comparison to these two tested and proven men of God, judgment would already have been turned back. Barack Hussein Obama would not have been elected, and re-elected, and great spiritual awakening would not have been further delayed.

Unfortunately, Christian America has chosen judgment over repentance.  

Fortunately, further judgment will result in repentance and spiritual awakening prior to the catching away of the saints.

"For when Thy judgments are in the earth, the inhabitants of the world will learn righteousness." (Isaiah 26:9)

"Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until He receive the early and latter rain. Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh." (James 5:7-8)
